A bit late to flag this up as it has already started but tonight's Dispatches is subtitled, 'What Muslims Want'. Interviewing young Muslims in Bradford, Jon Snow discovered that 50% of Muslims believe that 9/11 was orchestrated by the US government.
I had never really connected the death of Diana, Princess of Wales with 9/11 before but the revelation that a similar number of Muslims believe that she was murdered to prevent her marrying a Muslim (not in itself news to me, I might add) does raise my eyebrows.

Dispatches has an email link where you can suggest ideas for future programmes.
Maybe it might be an idea for us to pick our 9/11 research topic and email the programme.
I have just sent this.
To: dispatches@channel4.com
Subject: A really big story you may care to investigate.
Dear Dispatches
An American scientist Dr Steven Jones is a member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth.
Dr Jones has published a scholarly peer reviewed paper which proves that explosives were used to demolish the twin towers on 9/11
All the information is here http://st911.org
Dr Jones can be contacted at HardEvidence@gmail.com
I, and many others look forward to this important work presented in the mainstream media as is beginning to happen in the USA.
Kind regards

My mother has been saying that for years! I'm sure she'll be happy to find out that shes not alone. _________________

As I said, the prevention of Diana marrying a Muslim aspect was not in itself news - it has been circulating since her death - the point I was making was that such a huge number of Muslims believe so is sigificant when juxtaposed with their beliefs about 9/11. |

Hmm, okay. So do you think the juxtaposition is detrimental? i.e. it exhibits a lack of credibility on the part of the muslims.
(Also, I got hold of a copy of the programme this morning, looking forward to watching it). _________________

Not at all. If anything it makes me re-evaluate how I feel about the death of Diana. It has been catalogued in my mind under 'interesting but impertinent' because as much as there was a Muslim angle to it, it seemed to be propagated by a very non-Muslim sector.
And as interested as I remain on the subject of Diana, I might support an independent inquiry about her death but I do not have the same level of conviction about the outcome that I have regarding 9/11. |
