Surely 'terrorists' would realise that smuggling explosives through customs in hand luggage would be risky whether it was disguised as baby milk, a tampon or even an exploding beard. Obviously makes sense then that they would maximise their chances of discovery by targetting up to 10 planes then!

According to the BBC website-

The plot is thought to have involved a series of "waves" of simultaneous attacks, targeting three planes each time.

So we are supposed to believe they would multiply their chance of discovery threefold at first and then after those had gone off and we have the predictable reponse we are seeing now they would try the same thing twice more!?!


Am desperately trying not to bleat out loud at the moment as everyone in the office descends into quaking TERROR!!!!!!

If the world situation wasn't so serious, these statements would be laughable. Because what Reid is saying is true, but its not the supposed 'anti-terror critics' who have and continue to put national security at risk, but Blair and his government - Reid himself.

The continued and unconditional membership of Britain in the authentic 'axis of evil' alongside the US and Israel, helping the ripping apart of international law - the UN Charter, Geneva Conventions, etc., aiding the virtual destruction of the UN as a force for good, facilitatng the genocide of the Palestinian & Lebanese, and actively participating in the genocide of the Iraqi and Afghanistani people (codenamed the War on Terrorism (WOT?) but which really looks like a war on Islam), and the gradual elimination of freedoms and the move towards a fascist state, all these things combined are the real "threat facing Britain".

Reid is right. They just don't get it.

One thing I don't understand -

Reportedly, the airlines targeted were Continental, American and United Airlines, with planes between the US and UK.

So why are BA cancelling all flights, including those to Europe and, just mentioned in particular, Libya???
