This is an suggestion for what to exercise to stay healthy and successfull.
I didnt put al information on my website http://www.helistaichi.hr but here are some SUGGESTIONS:
Exercise sowly at first controling every movement, use all Your joints to lubricate them and do a maximum of range YOu NOW have . True health is result of whole body, mind and spirit involment in exercise.
The more You relaxfully exercise the more healthier YOU will be. And when YOu have done with slow movements, sreching, lubricating, wtc, now YOU can move more with speed and control.
And at the end of YOur program slow down again and breath as YOu move YOUR joints to maximum, relaxfully with control
NOW YOu are ready for ther WORLD, no more fear and from fear arise all other negative emotions which destroys our lives. From fear every war, every fight appears and no one who attacks with negative emotions is brave one , is coward and should do something for regulating his or her life.
