Bush's wire tapping illegal

I've just seen the news that Bush's wire tapping has been ruled illegal by a judge in America.

You may recall that he feels himself 'above the law' in his so called "war of terror". Well, maybe judges themselves are also now starting to look at this whole mess we seem to be finding ourselves in, promulgated by Bush and Bliar and their phoney "war on terror" and withdrawal of our rights and freedoms.

The NSA is appealing, but there is a ray of hope in my own heart now.
