|

Loose Change - maybe I'm being a little unkind. I posted this on the recent LC-2 thread.
In the spoken soundtrack of this release, between 00.31.25 and 00.31.50, there is a passage on WTC7 and its collapse. Upon hearing what is said during this 25 second burst, something immediately struck me as odd, and it is this - There is posed an understated, even incomplete, rhetorical question with answer. I wonder if anyone else sees any significance attached to what is said, or unsaid. Perhaps this has this been spotted before, and I'm reading this wrong. I'd appreciate any feedback.
Thanks
After having checked, this (to my mind) alarming omission also appears in the last released edition. That such a glaring error has been allowed to reappear, then that is the bs of the title.
cheers Al..

Well since you can't be bothered to say what exactly you are referring to I will go get LC and fast forward to the part you mention and see what it is you are on about. Oh.. wait a minute I can't be arsed. |

I beg your pardon. Let me clarify. I am waiting to see if there will be independent agreement. Thank you for your input.

Look Alwun thats really very vague and if you want to convince me you were "shocked by the implications" yet apparently cant even rememer it I`m really fairly unimpressed by that.
By all means ask our opinion but for goodness sake SAY WHAT YOU MEAN!!!
there are about 3 different editions of LC2 and I dont even know which one I have!!!
Quote the exact passage for us or you wont get any help here _________________ The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist

Sorry about all this. The many versions floating around have given rise to my confusion.
The timing of the vid varies I notice. However the question in that area centres on why the building wtc7 collapsed. The official explanation suggests fire as the cause. The commentary goes on to say that if this were indeed so then this would be the third steel framed building in history to collapse due to fire, the other two being etc. etc.
Now I had misheard this somehow, and thought that he had said 'the third building in history to collapse due to fire' - quite a different thing. However, having re-checked right now, in this edition he does mention steel frames, whilst in the earlier edition it omits the steel frames from the description.
And - here lies the error of mine.
Yesterday mike52 posted a link to the 'original' which I also downloaded thinking that this too was the latest version - but it apparently is not . This 'original' version is in fact the elderly uncorrected version with the appalling omission of the steel frames, and where it is flatly stated this would be 'the third building in history to collapse due to fire' , an error now corrected in the genuinely new 'new-cut 'version. So my mistake, but there may be some who have downloaded this 'original'and think that it is a useful vid to show someone. It is not.
Many apologies for having caused such consternation and provoking your indignance. I'm off to enjoy this fine day. I hope you will too. Be aware, though, that there are 'bs editions' out there.
