Ok - I can get 20,000 leaflets (A5 DOUBLE SIDED 3 COLOURS QUALITY GLOSS) delivered in 2,000 blocks to 10 locations for £450 plus vat
Or without the delivery £300 plus vat
Andrew if you send me the Artwork when it has been agreed I will sort it

i know what you mean re the deliveries. I was full time for a year two years ago and witnessed a few questionable instances. I considered calling at a few dozen houses and paying the office a visit if the hit rate was poor. New delivery at their expense i should think... Think that would work? I'm just thinking about how many more will get delivered that way. If not i dont mind doing some walking.

Good work! Put's my effort to shame!
Ok. I'm going to print 1000 leaflets and deliver to my local area myself, and also spend an evening or two stickering.
Once we get an idea how many contributors there are we'll know what the share is. I'll wait for confirmation from you regarding how were going about payment etc

It sounds like THETRUTHWILLSETU3 has both ends covered but its worth bearing in mind if we go back to the posties. Thanks for your offer Leiff, looks like the percentage of the fee will drop now provided we get a few interested.

I'll chip in for this. I second delivery by hand as we can be sure they have been delivered and are not in a ditch.
I've been knocking out some stickers after I saw AJs. Some get ripped off by cleaners mainly on cash machines and pedestrian crossing boxes. Others on bus stops stay there and look hard to get off (i think the adhesive hardens in the sun). One problem is the ink running out completely in the rain though I think I may have a soloution!  I'm going to pick up some clear laquer from Halfords and spray the sheets after printing I imagine this will work, it might not if they get bent as the laquer will probably dry stiff.
If anyone wants any of these they can pm me and I'll send some on.

It includes colour photos, which may need to be converted to grey scale or 2-colour due to the 3 colour only printing process

The leaflets as designed by Andrew have now been ordered (20,000) and
will be ready by middle of next week
They are full colour as per the design and the cost was £400 inclusive - this works out at 2 pence per leaflet
With regard to the stickers - I have another suggested area - Petrol Pumps

Excellent work mate. Where are they being delivered? Whats the plan for contributions? Where are you based?
So who is chipping in? Come on people! Leiff said £75 was her limit (please confirm Leiff) so that puts me and truth at £162.50 each at present, but i'm sure lots of people will be keen as mustard to make a contribution. 
I'm absolutely certain that people will put their money where their mouth is and help make a REAL difference. I'm sure very few will stop at just words during this critical time in human history...

Now we know the cost of the leaflets, a central supply will be held, I would suggest that the minimum individual order is 1,000 and that the charge is £20 for leaflets plus £5 to cover postage and packing.
I am happy to deal with the initial distribution of the 20,000 in print
Place your orders now if you want them delivering to your home - you will need to PM your address to me

Our supporter, Geoff, in Bristol does an extremely good deal on leaflet printing. I don't have details of his prices, but Ian Neal does.

He also prints for free small colour leaflets by using cut off margins for other material he's printing. That's where the little leaflets that the Bristol group have produced come from.

I oredered 5000 double sided A6 flyers for the demo and gig yesterday for £80! I'll find out about other soze prices.

Well, i'm still working on the locals but i'll order 1000 for a start. Keep you posted over the next few days though because i will hopefully get more people interested. Can either send my address or meet you to pick them up if i'm taking a lot.
Are you putting them out in 1000 bundles then? As aposed to me and Leiff standing the initial fee with you? Just want to be sure you dont
end up out of pocket, not on your own at least!
