These are a paradox because if good men do nothing or are silent then by definition they can no longer be "good men"

Just as on this forum lots of posters just want to argue the toss but don't want to take any action - they cannot be good men

Everything we do is to avoid pain, gain pleasure or both

Imagine you are going on a 10 mile walk, you get a small stone in your shoe. Initially its a minor irritation and you ignore it and carry on walking because you want to keep up with the gang.
Eventually it becomes very painful and you have to take your shoe off and remove it.

The same applies right now - we should all get out of our comfort zone and get the message out - even if it involves us being branded crackpots or facing some charges of a minor misdemeanor.

and so i say
