The "Pentagon video" not showing any Boeing 757 might be due to the fact that it is dated 01 01 93.

I think that's because none of these businesses ever think they're ever going to be needed.
I mean, think of any small shop /business /garage /airport /defence headquarters - they probably think the sign 'You are under video surveillance' is enough. It's all in the deterrent factor.

Actually bothering to set the date and time so that the video evidence would have some relevance in a court of law in the event of a prosecution is obviously a fantasy.

And yes, I am joking.
Pretending to be incompetent is their favouraite weapon, and that's not joking.
