Truthfest, which runs from September 29th - October 1st 2006, is an event that promises to mix debate and discussion with some great entertainment. The inspiration for this event is the current political landscape plus the need to challenge what is purported to be the truth.
The daytimes are to be given over to a series of speeches, debates and films all designed to encourage discussion, whilst the evenings will be a time to relax and enjoy some truly fantastic music.
Our ambitions are for the people who attend to leave the festival feeling inspired and looking positively to the future. We intend to balance the serious issues with some known solutions and through the medium of chaired discussion hopefully formulate some new ones of our own.
The event will be laid out in a novel and intriguing way with the daytime event presented as "The Spiral of Knowledge" divided into eight stands of thought that interlock together.
Each of these paths is divided into three stages of learning each of which takes place sequentially but in a different location.
1. Talks - Experts express there truths followed but a Question and answer session
2. Films - Video evidence and information is presented that relates to the talk
3. Dialog - Small groups gather around areas of interest and form solutions based discussions.
This is your chance to say what you think. All of this information will go together to form a web based forum investigating the truth and providing positive solutions to the challenges presented to each of us living in the modern world.

Well done to Colin and the rest of the Truthfest posse for organising a fantastic weekend. Despite the rain and the mud, I had a great time. The mix of speakers was eclectic and informative, the music was lively, the location beautiful, and even the loos were civilised!
It was heartening to have the chance to meet so many like-minded people, and I met several who hadn't been active in the 911 movement before, but went away determined to build their own groups.
Dave was also able to do his live radio show with loads of interesting interviews on the Friday night.
Looking forward to Truthfest 2007.
Regards

Is there a Glastonbury festival this/next year? they always champion liberal causes, have we contacted the organisers? The Beeb always cover Glastonbury, I expect they'd object to any high profile 911 truth input.
(yes toilets at these gatherings are a big factor, I haven't recovered since the last time I did Glastonbury, one toilet per 1000 people I estimated) long time ago tho'. |

Hello everyone.
Thanks to all those who came and supported the first ever Truthfest and especially all the people who gave freely of their time to help make this event the safe and successful.
I hope you all gained some useful insights and had a chance to explore different channels of though which expanded your own ideas and theories. Many useful things have come out of the Truthfest event and we also have a plenty of video footage that we will make available on line as soon as we can.
We also intend to translate the notes into a forum for further debate via the global vision 2000 network.
We'll add the vids to the my space page as well.
