I had also been searching for the rest of it too.
I did find some similar extracts from the Citizens Grand Jury in LA 2004 on GV and YT - are your clips from a more recent meeting?

the clips are from the 9/11 Guilt DVD (Jim Hoffman and Don Paul's collaborative effort) - I highly recommend it - you can get it from wtc7.net - think you click 'sites' and it should be linked there)

I will try and upload part 2 this weekend but it normally takes 12 hours or something and sleeping with a computer on isn't good!
