Apalling terror : Ian Blair should know

The Met's Ian Blair knew of the "four suicide bombers" before he, was "officially" told so we should believe him again this time.
As the Met is beyond the law we may have to urge the local chief constables to act if Blair is found to have had inside knowledge again and the terror threat - no, doubt from the same July 7 lot - is real.
