Shall we lock up JHR for acting like a nazi?

JHR seems to be turning into a total control freak! All he keeps doing is locking up threads like some nazi camp guard on speed.

Shall we lock him up?

Prole,

All topic locks are made on a consensus basis via the organisers of the board and the BTC - not just me.

This is a 9/11 & 7/7 related site and that means:

No chemtrails
No UFOs
No lizards (personally, got no probs with Icke in general - he is a great campaigner for truth)
No Great White Brotherhood
etc.

The rules are clearly stated here:

The reason for the existence of the rules is that the BTC has a specific focus and needs to maintain a reasonable presentation to those that are not familiar with the subject matter dealt with by the BTC. We do not want people coming here and thinking that the BTC is driven by anything other than the desire to find out what exactly happened on 9/11 and 7/7. There are enough contentious issues that drive people away and Chemtrail related material (for example) is just another potentially "damaging" topic of discussion.

FYI - I am watching this board almost 24x7 (one way or another) and I make very few changes to the posted material. I would say that I have probably moderated less than 0.01% of topics here, so consider myself quite laid-back about moderation. Most of my time is spent updating the site, security, content and chasing BTC e-mails. I am a ghost here really.

Lock me up and this board would go downhill fast!

There may arise though, other themes that are linked to the 9/11 truth campaign, if there was evidence for example that chemtrails were used to effect peoples brains in order to mislead them away from subjects like 9/11 or 7/7 then surely this sort of diversion could be tolerated, the evidence or possible evidence of course has to be present though.

I understand the Moderation is trying to stop this turning into a "freak board" (like illusions)where all wild and wondefull thoeries are flung about.

Illusions isnt about defining truth: its about tolerance and freedom of expression. The aim of the board is to have an environment where people can have those things for themselves by giving them to others. And it works, and is (uniquely) troll free

Its amazing how much clarity actually comes out of that approach. Illusions has put together some truly great insights and information out of its melting pot
