You could probably burn off 24 discs an hour with one of those for £250 ain't bad. Then you'll need discs - http://www.diskdepot.co.uk/acatalog/Bulk_DVDs.html#aDVM_2d019BX
These ones are pretty sound. £114 for 600.

£370-£380 to start you off I'd say. Burning 24 discs an hour, selling each @ £2, money back in no time
