Two very damning points about the 9/11 Commission Report:

1) According to Paul Thompson, author of The Terror Timeline, the commission report had to be "unanimous". This meant that if there were any objections or disagreements between commission members -- on any fact -- then that fact was dropped altogether. In other words nothing went into the report that did not meet the approval of the Bush Administration.

2) Page 172 of the 9/11 Commission Report:

Quote:
The US Government has not been able to determine the origin of the money used for the 9/11 attacks. Ultimately the question is of little practical significance.

[Insert ridicule of Keane Report for not caring about who paid for the attacks, here: _ _ _ _ _ _]

They then go on to say:

Quote:
...similarly we have seen no evidence that any foreign government or foreign government official supplied any funding.

This contradicts reports that the head of the Pakistani intelligence service met with top-level US officials in the Pentagon, the National Security Council, and the State Department in the days leading up to 9/11 and that:

Quote:
According to the FBI, Indian Intelligence and several press reports, the ISI Head was instrumental in providing financial support to the 9/11 terrorists. General Mahmoud Ahmad had allegedly ordered the transfer of $100.000 to the presumed 9/11 ring-leader Mohamed Atta.

Sources:

- Paul Thompson makes the unanimity/veto point on the Confronting the Evidence DVD (1hr 41mins into the documentary)

- Host of Confronting the Evidence, Ed Begley, Jr. flags up the concern over indifference to who financed the 9/11 attacks. (1hr 56 mins)
Michael Meacher MP does the same in his recent interview for Alex Jones.

- David Ray Griffin in Confronting the Evidence (1hr 47 mins) and his book The 9/11 Commission report mentions evidence/reports of the ISI Head wiring money to Atta.

Just so people know, the above is my 'elevator pitch' i.e. the short amount of time you might have to catch someone's attention.

It's effective because it shows people exactly why the 9/11 Commission Report is not to be trusted and then gives an example.
It sets people on a path of complete re-examination of what took place that day.

Oh yeah, and my other 'elevator pitch' is:

OMFG!!! Did you see the explosives go off in 'Loose Change'?!!

Wink
