Whilst I am a 'truther', it is very difficult to be absolutely certain on this specific subject. It is a Paul McCartney moment, you say yes, I say no - and consequently I am unable to be so positive like you appear to be.
Both points of view/perspectives carry some considerable weight and without definitive conclusive evidence, each would cancel the other out in an enquiry/court of law.
Can you perhaps supply something that cannot be refuted, bearing in mind we do not know what the falling material is?

This is my view posted elsewhere:-
All you've got to ask is how do Demolition Experts cut verticle columns if there is no tools for this?
Oh yea you see them up ladders after the event with angle grinders
