The transponder code suddenly changed. The aircraft climbed rapidly and then descended even more rapidly. 10,000 feet per minute! That is over 100 mph vertical speed. Was this for real? The technology was installed to put artificial data on the FAA screens. The ATC guy was just looking at electrons.

So where did UA175 go?
