University cancels former MI5 agent's lecture

An Irish university has cancelled a guest lecture by former MI5 spy David Shayler over fears he could be assassinated while there.

UCC last night confirmed that a speaking engagement by Mr Shayler for the Irish 9/11 Truth Movement at the university's Boole Library will not now take place on November 12.

UCC last night played down claims of "assassination fears" with the conference organisers, but admitted it had "some security issues" with Mr Shayler's proposed engagement.

The college last night said it would be "inappropriate" to detail the exact security concerns to the Irish Independent which resulted the cancellation of the booking.

"This was a provisional booking - we are perfectly within our rights to decline confirmation," one UCC official insisted.

DECISION

Last night, Morgan Stack of the Irish 9/11 Movement claimed that the group's members were informed by the college that the decision was taken purely on security grounds.

"I called a meeting about six weeks ago specifically to address (their) security concerns," Mr Stack explained.

"I told them that this individual, David Shayler, did have an attempt on his life about four years ago. He worked on counter-terrorism in the 1990s involving Al-Qaeda and the IRA.

"He left in 1997 and started blowing the whistle on the corruption involved. They tried to jail him but he fled (to Paris). They tried to extradite him back to England and eventually he was jailed in France.

"Then he came back to England and he was prosecuted under the Official Secrets Act and sent to prison basically for telling the truth. He is out now and is campaigning about 9/11," Mr Stack went on.

Mr Stack has appealed for an alternative venue for the November 12 event.

The exposure by the 911 truth campaign, that the official version of 911 is a lie, highlights an appalling fact. That whoever is behind the planning of 911 also has total control of the media system............its no longer a PROFESSIONAL INDEPENDENT FREE PRESS, many people find that unbelievable!

This information from Wokeman also indicates that they also control the education system. Education is supposed to be about the values we really cherish and believe in , free speech, truth, learning skills so that we can live together in harmony on planet earth!

This action by the Uni further reinforces what David Icke tells us in chapter nine of his outstanding and as usual highly researched and cross referenced book, "Children of the matrix". The chapter is titled "The gatekeepers"............a must read for truthseekers IMO.

So why cant David Shayler be given the opportunity of speaking at an Irish University?

IMO this presents a tremendous opportunity for the UK911 Truth campaign to get some positive publicity and awaken the public that they are being HOODWINKED. We need to create something here so that this unfair and unreasoanble action by the education sytem is put into the public domain.

We should be making politicains, the press etc aware of this action. Has anyone got the relevant Uni e mail address so that we can write a letter
questioning the action taken and requesting an explanation? There are enough registered users and visitors on this website to make a significant impact!

So for those who regularly visit this site, and believe that the official version of 911 is a lie are you going to become an activist and take up this opportunity? For the campaign to succeed a high volume of grassroots individuals are going to have to come out of their comfort zones and make an active contribution. Maybe this is the appropriate time and opportunity?

A group of six students (the Unis debt incurring customers!!!), were taken to court by Lancaster University in September 2005 for "aggravated trespass" based on action they took:- they peacefully protested/dissented at an event in which the arms industry (BAE, etc) were meeting at a conference event there. The case is well known locally as "The George Fox 6" in recognition of the respected Quaker George Fox who resided in the area. This case has not been reported in the national press!!!!!!!

The information the George Fox 6 were presenting was the truth but politically incorrect and controversial. The six studentswere found guilty in the local Mags court and prosecuted/fined, they have appealed!

Has the education system been CORPORATISED? is it no longer able to act independently of big business? Sadly IMO it has become a business operation focused on what the hidden hand behind 911 is all out maximising profit/greed whatever it takes!
