advice needed for new website

i've finally decided to setup a new website, to add to the millions already existing

its purpose would be campaign based exposure of the truth about a selective number of issues
which would be open to change by users. primarily 911 & hemp.

any advice on free web space with as many advanced features as possible?

wiki, forum, calendar, chat, forms, database, etc.

is it possible to run the site on/as a database?

i'll start simple then add features.

would myspace, blog sites, etc. work?

which software (preferably free / frontpage) is best?
