9/11 survivor and leading truth campaigner, William Rodriguez, to visit London and tour the UK

William Rodriguez, 20 years’ a maintenance worker in the World Trade Centre, North Tower and last person out on the morning of September 11th, will tell his unique story and answer questions at a series of meetings from Saturday 25 November to Wednesday 29 November.

William personally saved many people on that terrible day and was reckonised by George Bush as a US National Hero. William deplores the senseless ‘War on Terror’ triggered by 9/11 and regards it as crucial that the world knows the truth, to prevent further terrorism, war and loss of life.


“I am a first-hand witness to the terrible events of September 11th 2001 in New York and I hold the KEY to understanding what happened on that day and how it happened.

I’ve made it MY MISSION to tell the whole world the truth – if we don’t know the true facts about the first 9/11 how can we prevent further 9/11s from happening? And more wars?”

William’s testimony raises serious doubts over the official explanations of the 3 World Trade Centre building collapses and supports the hypothesis that the collapses were induced by explosives rather than fire.

Hugo Chavez is just the most recent in a long line of high-profile international figures to question the official story of the attacks on New York and Washington. This list includes security experts, ex-US officials & military personnel, academics and scientists. Furthermore, according to recent opinion polls, nearly four out of ten Americans now agree that the US government had an active role in the 9/11 attacks.

To question the need for a new Inquiry – in the light of so much skepticism as well as compelling evidence contradicting the official story (the demolition of WTC7 at 5.20 pm on 11 September, the sub Boeing 757-sized hole in the Pentagon, etc.) is to give tacit consent to US imperialism, as any inquiry will almost certainly expose the real culprits behind 9/11, and also behind disinformation regarding:

 Weapons of mass destruction
 Yellow cake uranium from Niger
 Anthrax attacks on key Democrat senators
 The "ricin conspiracy" where there was no ricin
 The "suicide" of Dr David Kelly… and so on and on

Soon the ill-advised ‘War on Terror’ will have lasted as long as World War Two, with no end in sight. In the meantime, the Neocons whip up more Islamophobia to spread US hegemony in line with their stated aims in Rebuilding America’s Defenses and it’s the same story in Britain, especially since 7/7.

This is why the personal testimony of brave individuals such as William Rodriguez is crucial to halting the senseless ‘War on Terror’. So why do leading intellectuals, well-known press and media personalities and the establishment Left continue to dismiss the issue of 9/11 as irrelevant or “too complex… I think it’ll take 20 years for the truth to come out” (Robert Fisk, in answer to a question from a 9/11 Truth campaigner at a meeting in 2005).

20 years is too late. We need to know the truth NOW, to prevent more bogus terrorism, restore our rights and liberties, cure the creeping social sickness of Islamophobia and stop the downward slide towards perpetual war.

Just returned from London after an emotional and powerful speech by William. A couple of hundred arrived which mostly consisted of Indians and Muslims I think.

I have to agree with you there, but I do believe this was becuase of the leafletting and promoting of this talk that went on over the weekend at the Islam Channel event. Let's hope the Muslim community gets actively involved!
