The problem is that Bliar did in fact attend Bilderberg in Athens 1993 but Baker's question to him is about his attendance post 1997.

His answer "I have not attended any such meetings." in the context of the 1997 question could be considered satisfactory in that "I have not attended any such meetings (since 1997)."
