Andrew Marr, Putin and the Russian 9/11, Effect on USA?

On this morning programme on the BBC Andrew Marr had a Russian over from new York who openly stated that Putin blew up buildings in Moscow killing 300 to start the 2nd Chechen war.

Now I know this has been aired before but why now and why again?

It was also reported in the weekends press that two votes will be held in the UN at the end of this month.

One on Kosovo
One on Iran.

The Russians it was stated may declare a veto on both of them leaving the Yanks with egg on their faces.

If the Brits continue to expose Putins involvement in the bombings of buildings in Moscow by his security services, it may not be long before the Russians in retaliation openly question 9/11.

This maybe on the cards. I cannot see why the Brits would so blatantly expose this story at this particular juncture in time and I cannot also see the Russians not responding in kind...
