what does that bridge appear to be doing? moving
was the camera man in a moving helicopter by any chance?
will that give an illusional effect?
have you even considered that or shown it cannot be that?
did you instantly jump to a conclusion before proving it cannot be any other factor?
this is where you research sucks. i would fully accept the bridge is moving if you could prove it was or wasnt anyother factors. however you didnt do that and jumped to an conclusion instantly hence i now think it was because of a moving helicopter because you could'nt be bothered to do the research correctly to prove otherwise.

Unquestionably, due to the elevation of the footage, we are in a helicopter. It moves to the left and the perspective on the bridge moves too - this is 100% obvious and is not suspicious in any way.

That is so blindingly obvious (and stupid)!!!!!
After the camera is panned out, the helicopter is moving in a circle around the tower so the bridge will appear to move to the left.
