1) I recommend putting Public Forums section on top.

2) Of the existing Public Forums section:

Campaigning

General

Critics' Corner

9/11 Truth Controversies

I'd suggest making a 3rd secton for "News", "Campaigning" & "Events".

And recommend breaking the others down to specific subjects:
