Ah good on you Chris.
A good friend told me he once spotted Chris Eubank in his truck in Brixton with 9/11 was an inside job (or words to that affect) plastered over the cab, so it is safe to assume Chris has his doubts about 9/11 as well as. This was atleast 2 years ago

Oh Chris Eubank....
I can almost hear his voice saying the words on his banner "Blair, don't send our young prince to your catastrophic illegal war to make it look plausible".
Anyway.....I guess he always speaks his mind - not matter how eccentric and sometimes confusing his mind is.
Glad he did this though.

I believe he was charged with 'Breaching the Peace', hardly surprising when he was going round Parliament Square with his air horn blaring. One can be a bit too provocative; had he left the air horn off I doubt he'd have been stopped.

Chris Eubank is brilliant. A lisping boxer. How cool can a hero be. And willing to do situationiste stuff for a good cause. Anybody know of a contact. We really need to get him onside

Breach of the Peace is a common law power of arrest, it's not a charge or offence.
It's a way the Police can get you into the custody suite and release you later without any further action. A cooling off mechanism if you like.
The fact he's been arrested though means his DNA will now be on the database though of course.

Breach of the Peace!
Can anyone think of a bigger breach of the peace than the one visited on Iraq by Blair and Bush and their sycophantic followers?
It is a travesty that the British police are paid, using taxpayer's money, to protect the scum who sat in the 'Mother of Parliaments' and allowed Britain to participate in this disgusting war, in the face of such vocal protests from so many decent citizens.
Britain, a democracy? What a sick joke.
Anthony

I have just seen the BBC's video footage of this and cannot work out, if this policing matter rather than a political move why breach of the peace was used.
If it was an unauthorised protest, there are clauses in SOCPA to deal with it.
If it was inappropriate use of the horn on the lorry there are clauses in the Road Traffic Act(s) to deal with that.
Law enforcement or political policing? Hmmm...... I wonder
