The following extract is from an article in todays Daily Mail :
"The calm and clinical way in which Jean-Charles de Menezes was killed by police marksmen was revealed last night.
An eye-witness to the shooting of the electrician said the eight shots were 'evenly spaced' and 'about three seconds apart'.
Just ponder on that for a moment ........ eight shots at three second intervals! What the f*%^ was going on?
Even assuming that the 'marksmen' genuinely believed that he was a potential threat, and assuming that he was still showing signs of life after the first shot ....... perhaps a second shot was required as the 'coup de grace' .......... but a third ........ then a fourth, ..... a fifth, ......... sixth, ........... seventh ........... Do you think he's dead yet?
It has been reported previously (see link to Daily Telegraph article below) that hollow point (dum-dum) bullets were used by the 'marksmen' ........ so one can only wonder what was left of Jean-Charles head by the time seven pieces of ammunitiion (illegal under the articles of the Geneva Convention) had been pumped into his head?
www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2005/11/16/nmenez16.xml
We also know from earlier reports (see link to Times article below) that in addition to the seven bullets in his head, Jean-Charles was also shot once in the shoulder and three other bullets missed him ....... probably because there was nothing left of his head to aim at!
www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,24392-1743460,00.html
So, a grand total of eleven bullets are fired at Jean-Charles. If the three-second interval is maintained for all shots fired, this 'ritual killing' was conducted over a total of 33 seconds.
Once more I ask ........ what the f*&^ was going on?
My heart goes out to the Menezes family.

Well, Ian, beheadings have seemed a rather popular part of their imagery
I note that the officers, whatever outfit they were really from, are still under investigation.
In a real world of course, the officer or officers concerned would be judged absolutely demented psychopaths. There's no way a normal human being could behave that way
In some way, complete abstraction from any kind of membership of human society has to be achieved, and a few of the most notorious serial killers in the world have almost equalled this guy's/these guys achievement.
No that's not right - this is a one single act, as far as we know, of shooting somebody's head clean away
It's hard to imagine,, and hard for the most of the sleeping populace let even enter their thoughts for a moment
I have to tail off - the programming involved with the kick of adrenalin-driven emotional hatred is too big to contemplate
I'll have to go figure
As you say, wtf
Edit: Im being naughty here - adding stuff before any response
Still, with other communications on the go, I'm still reminded of the senselessness of the reportage
The slo-mos of the attack on WTC2 for example, as shown repeatedly on In Plane Site, while being directed by the commentary to view the flashes, there is no evidence to show those flashes produced a result
The next thing we see is the plane gliding into the building in defiance of Newton's equal and opposite forces theory, with the least resistance offered after the wings are almost in with a puff of smoke appearing
This should be opposing forces scenario much like the Pentagon but properly seen
Shouldn't the nose-end receive some shunting? shouldn't the wings and tailfin shear?
In the demolition video, why do those left-standing upright steel girders turn into a puff of dust in an instant?
It's an equivalence to someone successively blowing someone's head to bits even when there's nothing left there to blow to bits
It doesn't make sense |
