Thurs 26 July 7.45pm with a debate led by the Venuezuela Solidarity
Campaign after the screening.

This first feature film from award-winning documentary maker and
journalist John Pilger charts the impressive rise of a new people's
movement in Latin America against a vast historical catalogue of
colonial intervention by the US. Including a rare face-to-face
interview with Hugo Chávez, The War on Democracy is a remarkably
timely film about the universal struggle of people and power. Dir.
