Virgin Atlantic email on Loose Change

Here is the response i got from an email from virgin atlantic when i commented on there removal of loose change from there inflight movies:-

I'm sorry to hear you don't agree with our decision to remove the film
"Loose Change 2" from our in flight entertainment menu but would like to
take this opportunity to thank you for sending us your views. We
appreciate you taking the time to do this and will ensure your comments are
made known to the people responsible for selecting our in flight films in
order for them to receive a balanced view of public opinion.

Now i know from myspace truth networks they have recieved the EXACT reply from Virgin, which shows a scripted template is being used to "brush us off".

But it also shows that they have had to compose a pro forma letter - very likely because they didn't have the resources to answer the volume of complaints.
