This is a link to a scan of the front page of the The Times from May 11 1987, with an article called "Small Pox Vaccine "Triggered Aids Virus"".
The article outlined an anonymous WHO official who claimed that the AIDS epidemic may have been triggered by the Small Pox vaccination programme (using Vaccinia) in the third world.
The theory was that HIV was a low-level endemic disease in Africa but that the Vaccinia programme activated the virus and led to the hitherto unknown AIDS (ie it is a "vaccine-induced disease").
The article quotes various statistics which appear to show a direct correlation between the extent of the Vaccina programmes in various countries and the extent of AIDS. It also explains other characteristics of the spread of the disease from Africa to Brazil, Haiti and the US.
The story apparently appeared nowhere else and was not followed up by any in the MSM (ie it was either BS or was roundly censored by the PTB).
