Sony Reject My Song - 9/11 Building 7 - On The Release Day!!

Dear TuneCore Customer,

You are receiving this email because you paid $0.99 to have TuneCore deliver an album(s) into the Sony Connect. Sony has recently announced they are unable to accept new content from all it's content providers. TuneCore is refunding your store delivery purchase price of $0.99.

Please log into to your TuneCore account here: www.tunecore.com and click the "My Account" link at the top of any page. You will find your account has been increased by $0.99 cents US for each album that wasn't delivered to Sony Connect.

Rest assured, TuneCore is continuing its partnership with Sony. If you have other albums that are already live for sale in Sony no need to worry. All content in their store is staying and there are no changes with existing albums.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If Sony Connect's policies change in the future, we'll be sure to inform all our customers. Thanks for using TuneCore and please let us know if you have any questions.

Hi mate, I'm not sure what you can read into that E-mail... it kinda sounds like ToneCore and Sony have some contract issues maybe?

I know the music business a little and it is all very contractual. I'm not sure that the content of 'Building 7' is the main player here?

Since that debacle where rootkit trojans were found embedded in their CD's, I'v avoided all Sony products like the plague.
