What complete bunkum. Can you imagine the chorus of condemnation from the 'international community' if Russia, China or Iran announced similar plans to effectively re-colonise the continent? Nafeez's book on July 7 is very good at tracking US/UK/French connections to groups in Africa that 'bare all the hallmarks of al qaeda' from Morocco and Algeria, to Sierra Leone and Liberia to Egypt and Somalia.
