The answer to this is clearly not the mainstream media but posters on 911 websites who's primary objective seems to be to try and muddy the waters with any thread that is started on the subject.

These people are happy to quote the laws of physics when it comes to the freefall demolition of WTC, but throw the science book out of the window when it comes to planes entering buildings.

Thermite is something low-tech that anyone could buy on Ebay (according to Steven Jones). Mininukes and Directed Energy Weapons (and all exotic weapons in general) are high-tech gadgets that high-governmental insiders have access to. The problem with demolition research in general is that it's impossible to make the case for sponsorship.

Let's say for the sake of argument that someone used a Russian-made suitcase nuke to blow up the WTC. Could a Saudi Billionaire buy a "loose nuke"? Maybe. Could the US Government have decided to cover up the "nuclear" nature of the attack to prevent panic? Sure. Does knowing exactly what kind of "suitcase nuke" was used lead directly to the capture of the responsible parties? No.

Now consider the TV Fakery evidence. These videos were shown on 9/11. We know who the executives at the media companies are. The fake video operation could not have been pulled off without foreknowledge. We know who some of the perpetrators of the media hoax are. Many of them have ties directly to Bush. The media executives and newscasters are real people that can be tracked down and put on the stand.

To whom is it easier to issue a subpoena? Some Kashmiri rebel group that paid $250 million to some Russian General, or the guys working at CNN on 9/11?

There is a very deliberate effort by the evil forces manipulating "9/11 Truth" and the shill posse to limit the discussion to areas that are impossible for anyone outside of an intelligence agency with global reach to consider investigating.

The perpetrators in the mainstream media and the Bush-Connected lying eyewitnesses are the soft-underbelly of the 9/11 media hoax. We don't need to prove exactly how they blew up the World Trade Center to prove that it was an inside job. The demolition discussion is interesting, but it's a distraction from the low-hanging-fruit of the murderers in the Mainstream Media. Why devote research effort to chasing a shadowy enemy in the mountains of the Himalayas when the enemy down the street is right in front of you?

It's no accident that people who do real research into the media hoax aspect of 9/11 get banned from Loose Change and 9/11 Blogger. Andrew Lowe Watson has been banned from both sites for telling the truth. Why? He's civil and polite. His points are well taken and backed up by solid evidence.

There's no credible argument that research into the media hoax threatens the "movement" in anyway. The only people who are threatened by media hoax research are the perpetrators themselves.

The shill posse has been recruited to serve the perpetrators in the mainstream media. They're the ones who go to jail when the media hoax is exposed. They probably made the shills sign receipts, too, so there's a good chance a lot of the shills will end up as their cellmates. Somehow I don't think they're quite tough enough for prison, but perhaps they'll learn the hard way.
