She is completely being fooled by the issues surrounding the fires and the asbestos 'spray on' fire proofing.

Fact: Even un-fireproofed steel will not melt in a hydrocarbon fire.

... all she seems to care about are failed radios and Port Authority exemptions. Looks like she is well set up to play her role in the continuing saga of the official conspiracy theory.
