The Powers, Visor, Money and the City of London

Homeland Security Hijack 7/7 Bombings Inquiry

The 1 hour of controlled information gave [and gives for future reference] a window of escape for the criminal[s] and 60 mins to control the crime scene amid chaos.

1) exactly what time did the emergency COBRA meeting occur that morning?
2) exactly what were the 'broadcasts' that made Power realise it was the real one (Bus explosion or train explosions)?
3) exactly what time did Blair go into the meeting with Jiabao at the G8?
4) did Blair receive 2 warnings; one after Bush breakfast and one in the Jiabao meeting or did he just receive the one warning?

Quote:
"The prime minister’s entourage made its way past the hotel’s luxury spa, screened off to afford the leaders and their spouses privacy, and into a suite to meet Hu Jintao, the Chinese president, with Jack McConnell, the Scottish first minister, in attendance.

Over more coffee the Chinese leader produced a smile and congratulated Blair on winning the Olympics for London. Blair reciprocated by saying he was sure the 2008 Beijing Olympics would be spectacular.

As the meeting was winding down, an aide stepped in with breaking news from London. Explosions had been reported on the Underground and fatalities were feared. Blair’s mood changed immediately.

Notice the omission of the Tavistock Explosion.

Official timeline

Quote:
09.30 The Cabinet Office Briefing Rooms (COBR)2, the Government’s
national crisis management facility, is activated in response to the
explosions (it was already in place to co-ordinate any response to
events in Gleneagles). COBR attended by officials from all the
appropriate central Government departments together with the
Metropolitan Police Service. Functions round the clock until 15 July.
Seems increasingly likely that this is a terrorist incident.

So officially COBR was activated 15mins before the 'code red' buuuuuuut;

Quote:
Arriving at his office early on Thursday morning Allison could reflect on a job well done. But he had little time to do so. Shortly before 9am, Allison was told of a number of incidents on the underground. Although there had been no confirmation of any bombs at that time, he moved straight to the second floor of New Scotland Yard's headquarters and set up the so-called GT operation room. 'My initial thoughts were, "Could it be a terrorist attack?" Since 9/11 we had to be prepared for something like this,' Allison said.

Minutes dragged by as Allison tried to get a clearer picture of what was happening. But it wasn't until a fellow officer told him, 'We've got a bus that's been blown up,' that he knew for certain London was facing the nightmare scenario: a co-ordinated and well-planned terrorist strike at the height of rush hour.

Allison's team kicked into action, implementing the emergency contingency plan they had meticulously prepared for such an horrific occasion.

The Cabinet Office Briefing Room A (Cobra) - Britain's civil contingencies committee based in the bowels of Downing Street - was activated and a video link with Allison established.

Minutes dragged by... 9am - 9.46am -- ok 46mins!!! dragged by until he was aware but COBR was activated 16mins earlier in response to the explosions.

Shortly before 10am, Tony Blair, hosting the G8 summit of world leaders at Gleneagles in Scotland, heard his first report

Now hang-on.

This is baffling -- at 9.46am the bus exploded but as stated, Blair was told by his aides of explosions on the underground only.

What the * is going on?

Who knew what and when?

Well the stock market was transfered to automatic running [removed part due to inaccuracy]--- check out the graph. So they knew something was going on.
London Underground didnt issue a code red until 9.45AM (1 min before the Bus explosion)
COBR were activated 9.30am
Peter Power didnt realise the difference between his mock broadcasts and the 'real thing' until after 9.30am -- i propose that the Bus explosion triggered this
Quote:
“Yesterday, we were actually in the City working on an exercise involving mock broadcasts when it happened for real.
“When the news bulletins started coming on, people began to say how realistic our exercise was – not realising that there really was an attack. We then became involved in a real crisis which we had to manage for the company.”
Mr Power added:”During the exercise we were working on yesterday, we were looking at a situation where there had been bombs at key London transport locations – although we weren’t specifically looking at a scenario where there had been a bomb on a bus.
“It’s a standard exercise and briefing that we carry out.”

the Manchester Evening News 8th July 2005 final edition

So where are we now....

ahhh Blair and his aides;

Quote:
It was highly likely, they said, to be a collision which had sparked a power surge on the network. Mr Blair, though concerned, kept his appointment with Wen Jiabao, the Chinese Prime Minister. By the time it had finished, Tom Kelly, his press secretary, told him the full extent of the attack. Ashen-faced, Mr Blair picked up his secure line telephone and was patched through to his senior Cabinet colleagues in Whitehall.

Ex-*-cuse me!

So the word came through BEFORE the Jiatao meeting AFTER the Blair/Bush conference.
2

Next step --- official timeline of G8 meetings on 7/7/05 is required e.g

1) Bush/Blair press conference time
2) Finish time
3) Blair/Jiatao meeting time
4) Finish time

but just to really nail the point home;
Quote:

Back in the Cobra meeting room, the Cabinet, which had been in session since 10am, took a conference call from Tony Blair just before 11 o'clock. Charles Clarke, the Home Secretary, advised the Prime Minister to return to London. Blair instantly agreed.

Just before 11am?

Try to work this * out and your head will spin.

As far as i can gather i am due the official timeline of meetings on 7/7 at Gleneagles but considering no-one has ever seen the times i am not hopeful.
