ABC News reported that the US State Department issued a threat level warning in Germany on 20th April 2007
The story seems to have fizzled out somewhat with the arrest and release of two people, reported Saturday.
The original story seems to have centred around the US Patch Barracks, headquarters to the U.S. military's European Command in Stuttgart.
Reinforcing the, "we're all in this together theme", former White House "anti-terror" chief, now turned ABC "News Consultant", Richard "It's Al Qaeda, it's Al Qaeda" Clarke said:
