Dispatches - Channel 4, Monday 20th February

I watched an amazing documentary last evening, in the Dispatches series, on Channel 4 introduced by Peter Oborne. He showed that a story which broke in April 2004 in which 10 male Iraqi Kurds were held for some days without charge as part of a conspirascy to bomb the Manchester United football ground at Old Trafford was a pack of lies from start to finish. The Sun helpfully splashed the story across the front page, in front of an important press conference given by Manchester police. Rumours circulated as to what the truth was in the story because reporters had been given very little information. Margaret Gilmour, the BBC's political correspondent unusually was telephoned by her contact in the security service, who told her that he had no idea what the press conference would announce, but she could take his word that the suspects would be released without charge. They couldn't make it up. Well, apparently they can!

Yes this was good. I recorded everything but the first 5 minutes. Now if somebody could tell me how to turn this from a windows media center file into a format that would play on a dvd player, I could upload this to a torrent site. KennyM? This is where the technology defeats me

is it a windows media file? if so, no need to convert for sharing with torrent clients as converting it to DVD will use more space thus take longer to download
