According to media reports packs of youth of one race are attacking youth of another race.

Who decides what are race crimes and how does one arrive at their definition?

We live allegedly in an era of 'low inflation' 'low unemployment' and 'low interest rates' yet we have 14 year olds dying on London streets, by the dozen.

Does enforced segregation and ghettoisation particularly in schooling (enshrined by Thatchers right to choose schools) lead to relatively harmony or entrenched views among young people whereby whenever they meet each other on the streets its as if aliens are meeting each other and over a look, a mobile phone, an IPOD, a few quid they are murdered in cold blood?

Is there a severe case of social decline which will only get worse. In many other countries road blocks occur by hoodlums, many have rocket launchers as weapons and people are taxed permanently just to go about their daily business.

This is the US model of divide and rule, implemented into an art form in Iraq and Afghanistan but to a lesser extent similar features exist in many Central American countries...
