The Supreme Court has just ruled that the US cannot conduct military tribunals of Guantanamo prisoners. Oh dear now what, George. |

IMO I think it`s probably that `double think` thing.
I think that they are going to wind it down soon anyway `more double think` but this way it looks like there is still
a genuine democracy in action.
To be honest, I think, Bush wanted that decision. (it make the supreme court appear neutral).
But this is only my opinion.
