Is this the start?...Are there powers still out there unshaken by the Bush Admin. or will this decision soon be overturned?....Tune in next week!!!

IMO I think it`s probably that `double think` thing.
I think that they are going to wind it down soon anyway `more double think` but this way it looks like there is still
a genuine democracy in action.
To be honest, I think, Bush wanted that decision. (it make the supreme court appear neutral).
But this is only my opinion.
