Questioning actions taken by American intelligence agencies prior to 9/11, this investigation charges that the CIA and NSA repeatedly and deliberately withheld information from the FBI, thereby allowing hijackers to attack the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Pinpointing a CIA deputy unit chief, Tom Wilshire, and his manager, Richard Blee, as being primarily responsible for many of the intelligence failures, this account analyzes the circumstances in which critical intelligence information was kept from FBI investigators in the wider context of the CIA’s operations against al-Qaeda, concluding that the information was intentionally omitted in order to allow an al-Qaeda attack to go forward against the United States. The book also looks at the findings of the four main 9/11 investigations, claiming they omitted key facts and were blind to the purposefulness of the wrongdoing they investigated. Additionally, it asserts that Blee was involved in key post-9/11 events and further intelligence failures, including the failure to capture Osama bin Laden at Tora Bora and the CIA's rendition and torture program.

So if he says the CIA and NSA withheld information from the FBI does he "connect the dots" to air force stand down, controlled demolitions and lack of due process in analysing the crime scenes?

Scienceplease 2 is right. The US government withholding information does nothing to explain many of the other problems in the official account.

LIHOP does not come close to explaining what happened on 911. How does Letting It Happen On Purpose bring WTC7 down for example? Not only that however how could they known the hi-jackers would stick to their plan and not deviate and attack a nuclear power station? They Would have had total control of the entire operation from start to finish not left it in the hands of alleged muslim fanatics.

Thanks, Eckyboy. If 9/11 was LIHOP - just like Pearl Harbor was an LIHOP - then effectively there would not be the Truth Movement.

The neocons with their Programme for a New American Century, wished for a New Pearl Harbor and rather than just sitting around waiting for it to happen must have started to Make It Happen... or already knew that was likely to happen - the planning for 9/11 must have taken some time...

The best thing that can happen with a book like "Disconnecting the Dots" is that starts people unaware of the details of 9/11, to ask questions.
