I've never known this site to disappear entirely yet there have been rumblings for weeks now. If you care enough about this useful site, a visit to http://www.herdict.org/web/ might at least help broadcast this 'anomaly'.
I'm off to see what's being said about it on freenet...and awaiting 'poorrichard'...

Uncorroborated, but apparently it may have been a little more than 're-arrangement'. Now one can go to wrh .com .net & .org and for those with the patience, an upcoming presence on freenet.
Keeping the IPs locally (besides using an open DNS like 208.67.222.222) could be useful too.
Talking of the freenet catch22, the more people who have it connected 24/7 the faster it gets.
Rivero, NASA 'changeover', HAARP, Stargate, fact, fiction, non-disclosure pact = agenda?
So what's the problem with the Norway Spiral? ;-)
