Hi Caz its in my previous post. I had made an error, so I made a correction.
''The Promised land''( Palestine) was when the Israelites came out of Egypt and refers to that time period. The Israelites being as the links show. But any one is an Israelite if they genuinely do God's will. Palestine is now under gentile Zionist rule by both examples and of people who have never lived there as the Zionist claim they have.

Eugenics (Greek for 'good birth') is the study of methods to improve the human race by controlled selective breeding - bolstered by its concomitant term 'population control'.

The colonisation of the so-called 'under-developed', poorer countries of this world by the more 'developed' capitalist-orientated countries (primarily European), benefitted the latter greatly - at the expense of the former. Slavery was one of the more tragic outcomes - another being that the colonisers, now imbued with racist perceptions, subsequently set up organisations reflecting this. And the fact that the membership lists of these organisations flaunt the names of very influential politicians/statesmen, business tycoons and bankers, surely calls for a closer look at the matter. And because of America's currently leading role in this matter, it is necessary to recall that she gained 'independence' as the United States of America after much infighting between the colonisers (primarily British) who had invaded that country of Indian Tribes - which led to genocidal attacks on those 'Red Indians'. A story not unlike Britain's colonisation of Australia, wirh its indigenous Aborigines.

As a backdrop to this, in 1798, an English clergyman-cum-economist, Thomas Robert Malthus published a theory with eugenic (a term not then used) overtones, arguing that an un-planned population grew faster than food production - adding that famine and poverty were God's way of coping with man's laziness. This was a theory much-welcomed by the colonisers and the organisations mentioned above.

This article will consider three such organisations: the Order of the Skull & Bones; the Eugenic Societies; and Population Control organisations, in a more-or-less chronological order, thereby leading to a more rational grasp of the subject matter.

Of the three, the Skull & Bones (of Yale University) was the earliest formed. 'The Order', as it is referred to by its members, bears the aura of secrecy and freemasonry, and is a bastion of White Anglo Saxon Protestant (WASP) culture, wealth and influence. A partial list of its more prominent members reflects said influence: The Russell Family; Alphonso Taft; William Howard Taft (his son); Henry Lewis Stimson; Averell Harriman; Robert A Lovett (partner of merged Brown Brothers Harriman in1926); Harold Stanley (of Morgan Stanley); Robert A. Taft; Prescott Bush Snr.; George Herbert Walker Bush; G.W. Bush (current President); McGeorge Bundy (National Security Advisor to JFK); the Heinz family - et al. In other words, the 'corporate establishment', as it is more popularly known.

The following very brief story of its birth is intriguing, to put it mildly: In 1823, using the old pirates' 'Skull & Crossbones' as its logo, Samuel Russell founded an opium-smuggling company, Russell & Co. - and by 1829, he had bought out the Perkins & Co., which had controlled the smuggling of Turkish opium into China since 1789. In 1833, Samuel's second cousin, William Huntington Russell and Alphonso Taft (who had served as Secretary of War under President Rutherford B. Hayes) founded the Order of Skull & Bones.

In 1856, said William Huntington Russell (who had been valedictorian of his class at Yale in 1833) incorporated Skull & Bones as the 'Russell Trust Association'. It must be recalled here that the opium trading noted above was still being run by the British East India Company (BEIC) - Britain then being the great empire-builder - and that without Britain's collaboration Russell & Co. would have collapsed. Simply put - the birth of Skull & Bones (whose members are more commonly known as the 'Bonesmen') - was paid for by opium drug-smuggling! While on the subject of Russell & Co., it is intriguing to note that Warren Delano Jnr. (grandfather of that popular 'democrat', FDR), though not a 'Bonesman' - while acting as US Vice-Consul in Canton, acted as Chief of Operations for Russell during the Opium War of 1839 - '42, which resulted in the legalisation of opium in China, and the acquisition of Hong Kong by the British.

In the 1860's, Francis Galton (a cousin of Charles Darwin) took this Malthusian theory (see above) a step further: in his own words he defined 'Eugenics' ( a word he coined) as "the science of improvement of the human race germ plasm through better breeding" - adding that the poor were biologically inferior - and he further advocated state intervention to solve the problem. In 1904, he founded a research chair in eugenics at University College of London University.

In 1905, Dr. Alfred Ploetz and Dr. Ernst Rudin founded the Society of Race-Hygiene in Germany. (about which, more later).

In 1907, the Eugenic Education Society (which later became the Eugenic Society) was founded in England.

In 1910, the Eugenics Record Office (ERO) was founded in America. In their own words, the ERO felt that "ultimate economic betterment should be sought by breeding better people, not fewer of the existing sort."

In 1912, the First International Eugenics Congress was held at London University. It demonstrated the growing strength of the movement especially in England, Germany and the United States. The opening speech at this congress was given by Arthur James Balfour, who had been British Prime Minister from 1902 - 5; and, as Foreign Secretary under Lloyd George from 1916 - '19, made a deal with the Zionists whereby Britain would support the setting up of a 'home' for the Jews, in return for the Zionists using their considerable political clout to persuade America to enter the war against Germany. (Britain was by then in dire economic straits). This secular Zionist group of Ashkenazi Jews were surely not entitled to a 'homeland' in Palestine, as their country of origin had been the Khazar Empire (which had adopted Judaism) of southern Russia.

In 1916, Margaret Sanger opened the first birth control clinic in the United States. It was renamed the Planned Parenthood Federation of America in 1942. She wrote: " the unbalance between the birth rate of the 'unfit' and the 'fit' is admittedly the greatest present menace to civilisation ... The most urgent problem today is how to limit and discourage the over-fertility of the mentally and physically defective."

In 1922, the American Eugenics Society was founded. One of its co-founders, Henry Laughlin (who had been Superintendent of the Eugenics Record Office from l910 to 1921) later became President of the Pioneer Fund, a white supremacist organisation. Another co-founder, Dr. Henry Fairfield Osborn, in 1923, during a national debate on restricting immigration, spoke enthusiastically about the results of intelligence testing carried out by the Army: "I believe those tests were worth what the war (World War I) cost, even in human life...We have learned once and for all that the Negro is not like us." He also became president of the Pioneer Fund from 1947 to 1956.

Well documented is the fact that in between WW1 and WW2, Prescott Bush Snr. - as an executive of W.A.Harriman & Co. (later becoming Brown Bros. Harriman) - had, through a number of mergers with German companies, helped finance Hitler's Nazi regime. Furthermore, in 1926, as a board member of bankers Dillon Read, Major (as he then was) William Draper co-operated with W.A. Harriman & Co. (Prescott S. Bush Snr. was Vice-President then) in the handling of the corporate banking for Fritz Thyssen's German Steel Trust. Thyssen had helped to fund the Nazi Party. By 1931, sterilisation laws had been enacted in 27 states in the United States, and by 1935 enacted in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland and Germany. As for Germany: as noted above, Ploetz and Rudin had set out an effective eugenics program which resulted in the tragic killing of millions of Jews, communists et al. by the Nazi Regime of Hitler. In fact, Rudin had been the chief architect of Law for the Prevention of Hereditary Disease in Posterity passed July 1933 four months after Hitler came to power. An inriguing aside: as noted in the Rockefeller Foundation Annual Reports 1928 1939, Rockefeller gave money for the "Kaiser Wilhelm Institute" and thus subsidized Rudin. From 1932 - 1972, the US Public Health Service studied the natural history of syphilis in hopes of justifying treatment programs for blacks. It was called the "Tuskegee Study of Untreated Syphilis in the Negro Male", and involved 600 black men--399 with syphilis and 201 who did not have the disease. Researchers told the men they were being treated for "bad blood". In fact, the men were never given adequate treatment for their disease. Even when penicillin became the drug of choice for syphilis in 1947, researchers did not offer it to the subjects. In 1972, as a result of a New York Times article, an Ad Hoc Advisory panel reviewed the study and found that the Tuskegee Study was "ethically unjustified".

In August 1932 - and financed by the eugenicist, Major William Draper (see above) - the third "International Conference on Eugenics" was held in New York's American Museum of Natural History under the supervision of the International Federation of Eugenics Societies. The proceedings were dedicated to Averell Harriman's mother, who had financed the foundation of the Eugenics Record Office back in 1910 (see above). Dr. Ernst Rudin (see above) travelled to attend the Congress via the Hamburg-Amerika line (owned by W.A.Harriman & Co) - and was unanimously elected president of the International Federation of Eugenics Societies!

A few years after WW 2, Professor Dr. Otmar Freiherr von Verschuer, who, in 1937,had been Director of the Third Reich Institute for Heredity, Biology and Racial Purity (and Josef Mengele's mentor) founded the Institute of Human Genetics in Munster, and also became a foreign member of the American Eugenics Society.

The setting up of the state of Israel by the Zionists in 1948 was an irrational act (as implied above), the main beneficiary being America, which would now have a well-armed, suborned ally in an Arab region rich in oil. The resulting deaths of the many Arabs at the hands of the Israelis could have been stopped by America many years ago. That it was not stopped can only mean that it was in keeping with the policy of the eugenicist-dominated US Administration - after all, Arabs are merely 'ragheads'.

In 1950 and '51`, John Foster Dulles, then chairman of the Rockefeller Foundation (later to be appointed Secretary of State by Eisenhower), led John D. Rockefeller III on a series of world tours, "focussing on the need to stop the expansion of the non-white populations". In 1952, Frederick Osborn (1889-1981) nephew of Henry Fairfield Osborn Sr. (see above), an officer of the American Eugenics Society/SSSB for more than 30 years, helped John D. Rockefeller III establish the Population Council in 1952, served as the council's first administrator and was on its board of trustees for many years.

In 1958, Eisenhower appointed Draper (see above) as head of a committee to study the proper course for military aid to other countries. Draper changed the focus of the committee and recommended that the US goverment react to the threat of the population explosion by formulating plans to depopulate the poorer countries, as the growth of the world's non-white population should be regarded as dangerous to the national security of the United States! Eisenhower had the sense to reject this.

In the1960's Draper founded the Population Crisis Committee and the Draper fund, and joined with the Rockerfeller and Du Pont families to promote eugenics as population control...

While serving in Congress - and with Draper as his 'population expert' - George H.W. Bush chaired the Republican Task Force on Earth Resources and Population and invited Professors William Shockley and Arthur Jensen to explain to the committee how allegedly runaway birth-rates for African-Americans were down-breeding the American population. On August 5 1969, Bush summed up the testimony his black-inferiority advocates had given to the Task Force before Congress.

With the term 'eugenics' now, in the Post-War period, tainted with an aura of genocide and racism, Major General Frederick Osborn, founder member of both the American Eugenics Society and the Pioneer Fund, stated the public relations problem bluntly: "Eugenic goals are most likely to be attained under a name other than eugenics."...In other words, the goals must be camouflaged - it would now be known as crypto-eugenics. In 1960, the British Eugenics Society agreed with this, stating "The Society's activities in crypto-eugenics should be pursued vigorously..." - and adopted the proposal. In 1973, this resulted in the American Eugenics Society becoming the more academic-sounding 'Society for the Study of Social Biology'. Crypto-eugenics would now be the order-of-the-day.

On June 9th 1969, Dr.D.M. MacArthur, Deputy Director of Research & Technology for the Pentagon, requested a sum of $10 million from the Congressional House Subcommittee on Appropriations to develop a new contagious micro-organsm capable of destroying the human immune system - in order to counteract any possible future virus capable of affecting said human immunity. It would therefore be necessary, first, to create such a virus! This resulted in a 'virus' discovered some ten years later in America which became known as 'acquired immune deficiency syndrome' (AIDS). It should be stressed that this virus first appeared in America, and, as noted by Neville Hodgkinson on the website businessonline.com in May 2006: increasingly complex procedures were taken to diagnose this virus in a reliable manner - "but the basic problem - not being able to validate any of these procedures against pure virus taken from patients - still remains". Furthermore, he reveals in comprehensive detail, that both the HIV tests and statistics concerning AIDS have been manipulated in a duplicitous manner. It would seem that the main beneficiaries have been the pharmaceutical firms!

In April 1974, Kissinger drew up a secret plan for population control called the 'National Security Plan of Action 200' (NSSM 200), which was endorsed by the National Security Decision Memorandum 314, and finally declassified in 1900. In brief, it claimed that population growth in the less-developed countries was "..creating political or even national security problems for the US", and it would seek help from the UN Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA founded in 1969) - but stressing that it would be under US leadership. NB: this was at a time when America was being wracked by the Watergate scandal, as a result of which its president, Richard Nixon, had to resign. At the very least, it would seem that - in the eyes of the Administration - the policy of 'population control' stood high in its list of priorities. In August 1974, at a meeting in Bucharest, the UN passed a resolution adopting The World Population of Action as proposed by the US delegation. It would seem that US leadership was indeed essential! The UNFPA was to hold similar meetings at 10-year intervals thereafter.

On October 2nd 1979, Robert McNamara (President of the World Bank) addressed a group of international bankers thus: "We can begin with the most critical problem of all, population growth"..concluding that "..either the current birth rates must come down more quickly, or the death rates must go up...There are, of course, many ways in which the death rates can go up. In a thermonuclear age, we can accomplish it very quickly and decisively"(as indeed they had done in Hiroshima and Nagasaki in1945). Not surprising statements, coming, as they do, from a man who was Secretary of Defense during the genocidal Vietnam War - but surprising in view of the crypto-eugenic stand taken by the American Eugenics Society noted above, a stand which McNamara, a self-evidently keen eugenicist, would have certainly been aware of. It can only be assumed that he did not agree with the society's stand, and was arrogant enough to ignore it.

In 1980, William Draper III (General Draper's son) served as co-chairman for financing G.H.W. Bush's campaign for the presidency that year. Reagan won and appointed Bush as his Vice President.

In 1986 - as a result of Vice President George H.W.Bush's advice to Reagan - William Draper III was appointed Administrator and CEO of the UN Development Program (UNDP), which was founded in 1965 by merging two existing U.N. organizations: the Expanded Program of Technical Assistance (EPTA), and the U.N. Special Fund. Since 1971, it has been responsible for coordinating all development assistance supplied by the United Nations system. UNDP was a key player in the global aid network - and the UNFPA (see above).

The foregoing is not a comprehensive list by any means - but is surely enough evidence that eugenics, population control (call it what you will) has played, and continues to play a crucial role in the policy-making of the so-called 'developed' countries - America in particular.

A recent event of pertinence follows: an earthquake of magnitude 9.0 on the Richter scale struck the Indian Ocean region on December 26th 2004, resulting in a Tsumani which killed approximately a quarter-of-a-million people. It was subsequently revealed that the Americans - with their European partners/acolytes - were aware of this earthquake almost immediately, as they controlled a number of seismic stations in the region (to say nothing of their earth-scouring satellites), the most important being the American military base on Diego Garcia. However, thay had not notified those countries threatened by the Tsunami. The only conclusion to be drawn from this is that this was a deliberate act on the part of the Euro-Americans, and, keeping in mind the chronological events listed above, it can justifiably be assumed that, in this instance, the eugenists and their cohort 'Bonesmen' had scored a hit!

Moreover, the close relationship noted above between Corporate America (with its 'Skull and Bones'-ridden Administration) and Nazi/fascist Germans makes a mockery of the former's claim to democracy. Using eugenicists' terminology, they could more accurately be described as 'crypto-democrats' (fascists). The definition of 'Fascism' in a dictionary is "a philosophy or system of government that advocates or exercises a dictatorship of the extreme right, typically through the merging of state and business leadership, together with the ideology of belligerent nationality'. This, in turn, reveals that capitalism lies at the core of fascism. But, as noted above, this is a fact which must be hidden by these global capitalists.

It is therefore imperative that this subject of eugenics/population control is subjected to far greater public scrutiny than it has received from 'our media' - which, after all, is in hock to its corporate owners: it says what it is paid to say!

America's richest people meet to discuss ways of tackling a 'disastrous' environmental, social and industrial threat

SOME of America’s leading billionaires have met secretly to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population and speed up improvements in health and education.
The philanthropists who attended a summit convened on the initiative of Bill Gates, the Microsoft co-founder, discussed joining forces to overcome political and religious obstacles to change.
Described as the Good Club by one insider it included David Rockefeller Jr, the patriarch of America’s wealthiest dynasty, Warren Buffett and George Soros, the financiers, Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of New York, and the media moguls Ted Turner and Oprah Winfrey.
These members, along with Gates, have given away more than £45 billion since 1996 to causes ranging from health programmes in developing countries to ghetto schools nearer to home.
They gathered at the home of Sir Paul Nurse, a British Nobel prize biochemist and president of the private Rockefeller University, in Manhattan on May 5. The informal afternoon session was so discreet that some of the billionaires’ aides were told they were at “security briefings”.
Stacy Palmer, editor of the Chronicle of Philanthropy, said the summit was unprecedented. “We only learnt about it afterwards, by accident. Normally these people are happy to talk good causes, but this is different – maybe because they don’t want to be seen as a global cabal,” he said.
Some details were emerging this weekend, however. The billionaires were each given 15 minutes to present their favourite cause. Over dinner they discussed how they might settle on an “umbrella cause” that could harness their interests.
The issues debated included reforming the supervision of overseas aid spending to setting up rural schools and water systems in developing countries. Taking their cue from Gates they agreed that overpopulation was a priority.
This could result in a challenge to some Third World politicians who believe contraception and female education weaken traditional values.
Gates, 53, who is giving away most of his fortune, argued that healthier families, freed from malaria and extreme poverty, would change their habits and have fewer children within half a generation.
At a conference in Long Beach, California, last February, he had made similar points. “Official projections say the world’s population will peak at 9.3 billion [up from 6.6 billion today] but with charitable initiatives, such as better reproductive healthcare, we think we can cap that at 8.3 billion,” Gates said then.
Patricia Stonesifer, former chief executive of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which gives more than £2 billion a year to good causes, attended the Rockefeller summit. She said the billionaires met to “discuss how to increase giving” and they intended to “continue the dialogue” over the next few months.
Another guest said there was “nothing as crude as a vote” but a consensus emerged that they would back a strategy in which population growth would be tackled as a potentially disastrous environmental, social and industrial threat.
“This is something so nightmarish that everyone in this group agreed it needs big-brain answers,” said the guest. “They need to be independent of government agencies, which are unable to head off the disaster we all see looming.”
Why all the secrecy? “They wanted to speak rich to rich without worrying anything they said would end up in the newspapers, painting them as an alternative world government,” he said.

The Ruling Elite’s Agenda for Global Population Reduction!

Few people seem to realize this. Most cannot accept that there is a Illuminati Satanic ruling elite that wants to bring global population down massively. What is this manufactured A/H1N1 swine flu about? You guessed it! Paul J. Watson provides the evidence:

The World’s Elite Are Discussing Population Reduction

As was reported only last month by the London Times, a “secret billionaire club” meeting in early May which took place in New York and was attended by David Rockefeller, Ted Turner, Bill Gates and others was focused around “how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population”.

We questioned establishment media spin which portrayed the attendees as kind-hearted and concerned philanthropists by pointing out that Ted Turner has publicly advocated shocking population reduction programs that would cull the human population by a staggering 95%. He has also called for a Communist-style one child policy to be mandated by governments in the west. In China, the one child policy is enforced by means of taxes on each subsequent child, allied to an intimidation program which includes secret police and “family planning” authorities kidnapping pregnant women from their homes and performing forced abortions.

Of course, Turner completely fails to follow his own rules on how everyone else should live their lives, having five children and owning no less than 2 million acres of land.

In the third world, Turner has contributed literally billions to population reduction, namely through United Nations programs, leading the way for the likes of Bill & Melinda Gates and Warren Buffet (Gates’ father has long been a leading board member of Planned Parenthood and a top eugenicist).

The notion that these elitists merely want to slow population growth in order to improve health is a complete misnomer. Slowing the growth of the world’s population while also improving its health are two irreconcilable concepts to the elite. Stabilizing world population is a natural byproduct of higher living standards, as has been proven by the stabilization of the white population in the west. Elitists like David Rockefeller have no interest in “slowing the growth of world population” by natural methods, their agenda is firmly rooted in the pseudo-science of eugenics, which is all about “culling” the surplus population via draconian methods.

David Rockefeller’s legacy is not derived from a well-meaning “philanthropic” urge to improve health in third world countries, it is born out of a Malthusian drive to eliminate the poor and those deemed racially inferior, using the justification of social Darwinism.

As is documented in Alex Jones’ seminal film Endgame, Rockefeller’s father, John D. Rockefeller, exported eugenics to Germany from its origins in Britain by bankrolling the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute which later would form a central pillar in the Third Reich’s ideology of the Nazi super race. After the fall of the Nazis, top German eugenicists were protected by the allies as the victorious parties fought over who would enjoy their “expertise” in the post-war world.

As Dr. Len Horowitz writes, “In the 1950s, the Rockefellers reorganized the U.S. eugenics movement in their own family offices, with spinoff population-control and abortion groups. The Eugenics Society changed its name to the Society for the Study of Social Biology, its current name.”

“The Rockefeller Foundation had long financed the eugenics movement in England, apparently repaying Britain for the fact that British capital and an Englishman-partner had started old John D. Rockefeller out in his Oil Trust. In the 1960s, the Eugenics Society of England adopted what they called Crypto-eugenics, stating in their official reports that they would do eugenics through means and instruments not labeled as eugenics.”

“With support from the Rockefellers, the Eugenics Society (England) set up a sub-committee called the International Planned Parenthood Federation, which for 12 years had no other address than the Eugenics Society. This, then, is the private, international apparatus which has set the world up for a global holocaust, under the UN flag.”

In the latter half of the 20th century, eugenics merely changed its face to become known as “population control”. This was crystallized in National Security Study Memorandum 200, a 1974 geopolitical strategy document prepared by Rockefeller’s intimate friend and fellow Bilderberg member Henry Kissinger, which targeted thirteen countries for massive population reduction by means of creating food scarcity, sterilization and war.

The document, declassified in 1989, identified 13 countries that were of special interest to U.S. geopolitical objectives and outlined why population growth, and particularly that of young people who were seen as a revolutionary threat to U.S. corporations, was a potential roadblock to achieving these objectives. The countries named were India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia and Colombia.

The study outlined how civil disturbances affecting the “smooth flow of needed materials” would be less likely to occur “under conditions of slow or zero population growth.”

“Development of a worldwide political and popular commitment to population stabilization is fundamental to any effective strategy. This requires the support and commitment of key LDC leaders. This will only take place if they clearly see the negative impact of unrestricted population growth and believe it is possible to deal with this question through governmental action,” states the document.

The document called for integrating “family planning” (otherwise known as abortion) with routine health services for the purposes of “curbing the numbers of LDC people,” (lesser-developed countries).

The report shockingly outlines how withholding food could be used as a means of punishment for lesser-developed countries who do not act to reduce their population, essentially using food as a weapon for a political agenda by creating mass starvation in under-developed countries.

“The allocation of scarce PL480 (food) resources should take account of what steps a country is taking in population control as well as food production,” states the document.

Later in the document, the idea of enforcing “mandatory programs” by using food as “an instrument of national power” is presented. The document states that the program will be administered through the United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA), thereby “avoiding the danger that some LDC leaders will see developed-country pressures for family planning as a form of economic or racial imperialism; this could well create a serious backlash.”

As Jean Guilfoyle writes, “NSSM 200 was a statement composed after the fact. During the late 1960s and early 1970s, the U.S. had worked diligently behind the scenes to advance the population-control agenda at the United Nations, contributing the initial funding of $1 million.

A Department of State telegram, dated July 1969, reported the support of John D. Rockefeller III, among others, for the appointment of Rafael Salas of the Philippines as senior officer to co-ordinate and administer the UN population program. The administrator of the UN Development Program reported confidentially that he preferred someone such as Salas who had the “advantage of color, religion (Catholic) and conviction.”

Top scientist advocates mass culling of 90% of the human population

Fellow professors and scientists applause and roar approval at elite’s twisted and genocidal population control agenda. A top scientist gave a speech to the Texas Academy of Science last month in which he advocated the need to exterminate 90% of the population through the airborne ebola virus. Dr. Eric R. Pianka’s chilling comments, and their enthusiastic reception again underscore the elite’s agenda to enact horrifying measures of population control.

Pianka’s speech was ordered to be kept off the record before it began as cameras were turned away and hundreds of students, scientists and professors sat in attendance. Saying the public was not ready to hear the information presented, Pianka began by exclaiming, “We’re no better than bacteria!”, as he jumped into a doomsday malthusian rant about overpopulation destroying the earth.

Standing in front of a slide of human skulls, Pianka gleefully advocated airborne ebola as his preferred method of exterminating the necessary 90% of humans, choosing it over AIDS because of its faster kill period. Ebola victims suffer the most tortuous deaths imaginable as the virus kills by liquefying the internal organs. The body literally dissolves as the victim writhes in pain bleeding from every orifice.

Pianka then cited the Peak Oil fraud as another reason to initiate global genocide. “And the fossil fuels are running out,” he said, “so I think we may have to cut back to two billion, which would be about one-third as many people.” Later, the scientist welcomed the potential devastation of bird flu and spoke glowingly of China’s enforced one child policy, before zestfully commenting, “We need to sterilize everybody on the Earth.”

At the end of Pianka’s speech the audience erupted not to a chorus of boos and hisses but to a raucous reception of applause and cheers as audience members clammered to get close to the scientist to ask him follow up questions. Pianka was later presented with a distinguished scientist award by the Academy. Pianka is no crackpot. He has given lectures to prestigious universities worldwide. One horrified observer was able to make notes on the speech and our gratitude goes to Forrest M. Mims for bringing this sickening display to the attention of the world.

Throughout history elites have invented justification for barbaric practices as a cover for their true agenda of absolute power and control over populations. Up until the 19th century, the transatlantic slave trade was justified by saying that the practice was biblical and therefore morally redeemable in nature, despite the fact that no such bible passage exists.

From 1932 until 1972, the Tuskegee Study Group (pictured below) deliberately infected poor black communities in Alabama with syphilis without their consent and withheld treatment as the diseased rampaged through the town killing families. In 1951 the Israeli government used US government provided technology to irradiate 100,000 Jewish children in a mass atomic experiment with an entire generation of Sephardi youths used as guinea pigs. 6,000 died immediately after the experiments and the rest suffered for the rest of their lives with debilitating illnesses and cancer.

Pianka’s doomsday warning of the population bomb, for which Mims claims he presented no evidence whatsoever, is complete pseudo-science. Populations in developed countries are declining and only in third world countries is it expanding dramatically. Industrialization itself levels out population trends and even despite this world population models routinely show that the earth’s population will level out at 9 billion in 2050 and slowly decline after that. “The population of the most developed countries will remain virtually unchanged at 1.2 billion until 2050,” states a United Nations report. Conservation International’s own study revealed that 46% of the earth’s surface was an untouched wilderness, that is land areas not including sea. It is commonly accepted that the entire world population could all fit into the state of Texas and each have an acre of their own land.

Think about the magnitude of Pianka’s statements. He wants to kill nine out of every ten members of your family and he wants to kill them in one of the most painful and agonizing ways imaginable. If Pianka, or ‘The Lizard Man’ as he likes to be called, is so vehement in the necessity of culling the human population will he step forward to be the first one in line? Will he sacrifice his children for the so-called greater good of the planet? We somehow doubt it.

Will the students who so enthusiastically greeted his ideas go home and kill themselves for the cause if it is so righteous? It was noted how Pianka presented his argument with the kind of glee that you would see in a demented serial killer before dispatching his victim. This is an attitude we have encountered again and again. To discuss killing 90% of the world’s population via a horrific plague is sick enough within itself but you would at least expect its advocates to be serious and sober in their approach to the subject. The opposite seems to be the case, where the subject is aired in a context of lighthearted lip-smacking and hand-rubbing as if the individual was about to sink his teeth into a T-bone steak.

This window gives us a clear view of exactly why these deranged b****** encompass this ideology. They love death and their lives are motivated by dark influences very different to you or I. Pianka’s approval of how the Chinese police state effectively controlled their population tells us that this rhetoric is just the glue that holds together the true agenda of the elite. A staged bio-attack blamed on terrorists could be the perfect cover for enacting the program of population reduction and the usurpation of our remaining freedoms.

In the 21st century the elite are concerned that from over 6 billion people might spring a new elite to challenge their stranglehold on the reigns of power. This is one reason for desire to cull the population down to a manageable level. Another is control over the behavior of the existing serfs and herding them like cattle into the slaughter house.

As we have documented, members of the elite are quite open in their feverish lust to commit mass murder and ethnic cleansing. In the foreword to his biography If I Were An Animal, Prince Philip wrote, “In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.”

National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled “Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security & overseas interests,” says: “Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that “depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World.” He quoted reasons of national security, and because `(t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries … Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S.”

Kissinger prepared a depopulation manifesto for President Jimmy Carter called ‘Global 2000′ which detailed using food as a weapon to depopulate the third world. One of the most chilling admissions of deadly intent came from the lips of the late Jacques Cousteau, the sainted environmental icon. In an interview with the UNESCO Courier for November 1991 the famed oceanographer said:

“The damage people cause to the planet is a function of demographics — it is equal to the degree of development. One American burdens the earth much more than twenty Bangaladeshes. The damage is directly linked to consumption. Our society is turning toward more and needless consumption. It is a vicious circle that I compare to cancer….”

“This is a terrible thing to say. In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it’s just as bad not to say it.” The Melbourne Age reported on recently uncovered documents detailing Nobel Peace Prize winning microbiologist Sir Macfarlane Burnet’s plan to help the Australian government develop biological weapons for use against Indonesia and other “overpopulated” countries of South-East Asia.

Pianka’s ideology is in the same league as Hitler, Pol Pot, and the rest of history’s despots who advocated mass extermination and had the temerity to dress it up in a ‘noble’ Straussian facade. Last night, as part of the BBC’s fantastic Olympic coverage, a short documentary was shown on nature versus nurture and the triumph of black athletes in the face of racism and oppression, competing in the men’s 100 metres for the past 100 years.

I’d missed the beginning but tweeted about eugenics and the abhorrent practices of this philosophy. It was touted as science and the origins of the T4 Euthanasia project began as a way of cleansing German society of “undesirable” disabled German children. Most shocking to me is that the killing began after the parents of a severely disabled boy had written to Hitler seeking permission to kill their “defective” son and he had agreed.

Then I started receiving tweets from those who hadn’t missed the start of the film but who were shocked that this part of disability history had been overlooked.

I was able to see the film in its entirety on iPlayer. I was deeply moved by the beauty of the film, by the celebration of the athletes who struggled and who triumphed against unbelievable odds of discrimination.

Unbelievably to me though, in the section of the documentary detailing the atrocities of the Nazi Eugenics regime, disabled people had been excluded from mention. The list rightly detailed Roma, the ‘promiscuous’, gay people, communists and Jewish people but the hundreds of thousands of disabled men women and children were ignored.

This is the BBC. They have at their disposal archives and resources far in excess of mine however this untold and shameful aspect of the Holocaust isn’t often spoken about. There was no one to speak out for disabled people when their extermination was permitted, but this should make us more determined that their murders should never be forgotten, because it is from the secret legacy of the past that we gain a glimpse of the future.

As the Nazi stranglehold on Germany rolled forward, on the 14th of July 1933 the Law for the prevention of Offspring with Hereditary Diseases made sterilization of disabled people compulsory.

The Nazis so enamoured by their myth of racial purity were also terrified by the notion that disabled people were thriving and would eventually dominate, thereby “polluting” the gene pool and exterminating their myth of perfection. Using Social Darwinism in its most sickening form they began to murder disabled children by lethal injection. This was a slow process, so they perfected a method of gassing children and the mobile gas vans began rolling up to the institutions and sanatoriums special schools and clinics. Parents whose disabled children lived at home were lied to. They were told their children were going to receive dedicated treatment to help them.

Estimates suggest that 5000 disabled children were murdered in total.

Later doctors and midwives were instructed that all new disabled babies had to be registered. With a tick chart doctors would decide which babies would live and which would die. This was expanded to adults and encompassed those considered to be “feebleminded”. Originally meant to describe mental illness the criteria was further expanded.

Some records show that more than 200,000 disabled people were murdered in the Holocaust but the official record keeping halted when Hitler ended the programme after it became more widely known and objected to. However the killings continued in secret.

There is however one notorious hospital which was officially sanctioned by the Nazis. Mentally ill people entered the sanatorium at Hadamar and never left. Its secret history estimates that 10,000 psychiatric patients were murdered here.

In the war trials that followed seven staff members were tried for killing Russian and Polish soldiers and the evidence that was revealed finally told the hideous truth about the “special measures” reserved for those disabled people who did not fit with societal norms.

Killing babies no different from abortion, experts say
Parents should be allowed to have their newborn babies killed because they are “morally irrelevant” and ending their lives is no different to abortion, a group of medical ethicists linked to Oxford University has argued.

The article, published in the Journal of Medical Ethics, says newborn babies are not “actual persons” and do not have a “moral right to life”. The academics also argue that parents should be able to have their baby killed if it turns out to be disabled when it is born.

The journal’s editor, Prof Julian Savulescu, director of the Oxford Uehiro Centre for Practical Ethics, said the article's authors had received death threats since publishing the article. He said those who made abusive and threatening posts about the study were “fanatics opposed to the very values of a liberal society”.

The article, entitled “After-birth abortion: Why should the baby live?”, was written by two of Prof Savulescu’s former associates, Alberto Giubilini and Francesca Minerva.

They argued: “The moral status of an infant is equivalent to that of a fetus in the sense that both lack those properties that justify the attribution of a right to life to an individual.”

Rather than being “actual persons”, newborns were “potential persons”. They explained: “Both a fetus and a newborn certainly are human beings and potential persons, but neither is a ‘person’ in the sense of ‘subject of a moral right to life’.

“We take ‘person’ to mean an individual who is capable of attributing to her own existence some (at least) basic value such that being deprived of this existence represents a loss to her.”

As such they argued it was “not possible to damage a newborn by preventing her from developing the potentiality to become a person in the morally relevant sense”.

The authors therefore concluded that “what we call ‘after-birth abortion’ (killing a newborn) should be permissible in all the cases where abortion is, including cases where the newborn is not disabled”.

They also argued that parents should be able to have the baby killed if it turned out to be disabled without their knowing before birth, for example citing that “only the 64 per cent of Down’s syndrome cases” in Europe are diagnosed by prenatal testing.

Once such children were born there was “no choice for the parents but to keep the child”, they wrote.

“To bring up such children might be an unbearable burden on the family and on society as a whole, when the state economically provides for their care.”

However, they did not argue that some baby killings were more justifiable than others – their fundamental point was that, morally, there was no difference to abortion as already practised.

They preferred to use the phrase “after-birth abortion” rather than “infanticide” to “emphasise that the moral status of the individual killed is comparable with that of a fetus”.

Both Minerva and Giubilini know Prof Savulescu through Oxford. Minerva was a research associate at the Oxford Uehiro Centre for Practical Ethics until last June, when she moved to the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics at Melbourne University.

Giubilini, a former visiting student at Cambridge University, gave a talk in January at the Oxford Martin School – where Prof Savulescu is also a director – titled 'What is the problem with euthanasia?'

He too has gone on to Melbourne, although to the city’s Monash University. Prof Savulescu worked at both univerisities before moving to Oxford in 2002.

Defending the decision to publish in a British Medical Journal blog, Prof Savulescu, said that arguments in favour of killing newborns were “largely not new”.

What Minerva and Giubilini did was apply these arguments “in consideration of maternal and family interests”.

While accepting that many people would disagree with their arguments, he wrote: “The goal of the Journal of Medical Ethics is not to present the Truth or promote some one moral view. It is to present well reasoned argument based on widely accepted premises.”

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph, he added: “This “debate” has been an example of “witch ethics” - a group of people know who the witch is and seek to burn her. It is one of the most dangerous human tendencies we have. It leads to lynching and genocide. Rather than argue and engage, there is a drive is to silence and, in the extreme, kill, based on their own moral certainty. That is not the sort of society we should live in.”

He said the journal would consider publishing an article positing that, if there was no moral difference between abortion and killing newborns, then abortion too should be illegal.

Dr Trevor Stammers, director of medical ethics at St Mary's University College, said: "If a mother does smother her child with a blanket, we say 'it's doesn't matter, she can get another one,' is that what we want to happen?

"What these young colleagues are spelling out is what we would be the inevitable end point of a road that ethical philosophers in the States and Australia have all been treading for a long time and there is certainly nothing new."

Referring to the term "after-birth abortion", Dr Stammers added: "This is just verbal manipulation that is not philosophy. I might refer to abortion henceforth as antenatal infanticide."

Up to 60,000 patients die on the Liverpool Care Pathway each year without giving their consent, shocking figures revealed yesterday.

A third of families are also kept in the dark when doctors withdraw lifesaving treatment from loved ones.

Despite the revelations, Jeremy Hunt last night claimed the pathway was a ‘fantastic step forward’.

In comments that appeared to prejudge an official inquiry into the LCP, the Health Secretary said ‘one or two’ mistakes should not be allowed to discredit the entire end-of-life system.

But Elspeth Chowdharay-Best of Alert, an anti-euthanasia group, said: ‘The Pathway is designed to finish people off double quick. It is a lethal pathway.

‘Mr Hunt has made a nonsense of the claim of his ministers that there is going to be an independent inquiry.’

The review follows a public outcry over a string of disturbing cases, highlighted by this paper, in which patients or their families were ignored.

The pathway involves withdrawal of lifesaving treatment, with the sick sedated and usually denied nutrition and fluids. Death typically takes place within 29 hours.

The 60,000 figure comes from a joint study by the Marie Curie Palliative Care Institute in Liverpool and the Royal College of Physicians.

It found many patients were not consulted despite being conscious when doctors decided on their care.

Records from 178 hospitals also show that thousands of people on the pathway are left to die in pain because nurses do not do enough to keep them comfortable while drugs are administered.

An estimated 130,000 patients are put on the pathway each year.

Concerns have been raised that clinical judgments are being skewed by incentives for hospitals to use the pathway.

Health trusts are thought to have been rewarded with an extra £30million for putting more patients on the LCP.

Critics say it is a self-fulfilling prophecy because there is no scientific method of predicting when death will come.

Norman Lamb, the care services minister, launched a review in November, saying there had been too many cases of families not being consulted.

But Mr Hunt yesterday suggested that concerns about the system were relatively minor compared with its benefits.

‘It’s a fantastic step forward, the Liverpool Care Pathway, and we need to be unabashed about that because it’s basically designed to bring hospice-style care to terminally-ill people in hospitals,’ he told LBC Radio:

‘I would be very sad if as a result of something that is a big step forward going wrong in one or two cases we discredited the concept that we need to do a lot better to give people dignity in their final hours because it’s something we haven’t done well.

He added: ‘What should never happen is that people should be put on to that care pathway without patients being fully in the loop and their families and relatives being fully in the loop as well.’

The national audit by Marie Curie and the RCP examined a representative sample of 7,058 deaths between April and June last year. The figures were scaled up to give a national picture.

It found that in 44 per cent of cases when conscious patients were placed on the pathway, there was no record that the decision had been discussed with them.

For 22 per cent, there was no evidence that comfort and safety had been maintained while medication was administered.

And it also revealed that one in three families did not receive a leaflet to explain the process.

The LCP system was developed in a Liverpool hospital and has spread across the NHS over the past four years. The review is due to report in the new year.[/b]
