lets talk flight 93 to get a better understanding

One of the things that has always bothered me about the Flight 93 crash site is that it does not look like a plane crashed there. Yet if the site was staged that would mean that Flight 93 was always meant to crash or be shot down. If the site is staged then why could they not do a better job of it? Was their original plan altered and they had to improvise at the last minute?
