- possible ritual killing?

If Joanna died on the night of (correction Tuesdsay 21st *) December it may have been a ritual killing. That night was the nearest full moon to the winter solstice and arguably the big satanic night of the year.
There is strong evidence that occultists believe the taking of life to be necessary at their black masses and that the most valuable life to take would be that of an innocent woman or man. In their sick minds, preferably someone of faith.

*corrected TG 5th Jan

24 unsolved Bristol murders

Quote:
Police determined to crack 24 unsolved Bristol murders
By devans

While the discovery of Melanie Hall's body has kick-started the quest to find her killer, detectives say they are as determined as ever to crack the 23 other unsolved murders in the Bristol area.

Some of the crimes have been a mystery for more than 60 years, others are still painfully fresh in the memories of the victims' families.

But almost all have been re-examined by Avon and Somerset police's Major Crime Review Team (MCRT) in the last nine months, the Bristol Evening Post can reveal.

Head of the eight-strong team, Detective Chief Inspector Mike Carter, held a conference last Thursday at which detectives discussed the unsolved cases and any potential leads or developments.

Little did they know, a few days later one of the most high-profile mysteries was about to be blown wide open by the discovery of Melanie Hall's body yards from the M5, near Thornbury.

DCI Carter said last night: "These cases are never closed until they are solved.

"For the last nine months the team have been working very hard on finding out what we have and where we are with 24 of the murder cases."

I missed this one. Did this make headlines or MSM?

Religious ritual believed to be behind death of girl who was found with her heart cut out and other organs strewn round home
By Daily Mail Reporter

Last updated at 12:36 AM on 19th December 2010
Neighbours of a mother arrested after her four-year-old daughter was killed as an apparent religious offering told how they heard screams from the family's flat.
Nusayba Bharuchi's corpse was found stabbed to death in the kitchen with her heart and other organs cut out and strewn around her flat and lying next to her mother, Shayna.

The 35-year-old woman was allegedly chanting verses of the Koran as her daughter's disembowelled corpse lay next to her in the home in Clapton, East London.

I was visiting someone when I heard this story on their TV (I don’t have one) and I thought something’s not right about this, so I said why was it reported (on the news etc) that she had gone missing? Answer “Because she had gone missing” repeat times two. So I said, well don’t people go missing on a regular basis and at that age and are not in the news papers and other MSM? (I don’t know the statistics, but something didn’t seem right and I’m not saying they shouldn’t be reported) And added they don’t usually end up being found dead all these people that go missing at that age on a regular basis and/or even reported missing (on the news etc) [if it is the case people go missing like this] people I know locally will often move on from time to time and often don’t tell to many people.

Any way they couldn’t grasp what I was saying and then said “they had probably run out of lines of investigation so put it in the news” so I said it still doesn’t add up some how, they at least seem to have had much more knowledge than they're letting on. I couldn’t say much more as they couldn’t grasp the coincidences of it.

Call for missing people's DNA log
Steven Clark
Steven's parents still believe they will find out what happened to their son

The father of a missing Teesside man wants the government to compile a DNA database of missing people.

Charles Clark's son, Steven, disappeared while out with his family on Saltburn seafront in 1992.

The charity "Missing People" has called for families left behind to receive the same treatment as victims of crime.

There were 330,000 missing persons cases in the UK last year. The charity believes more emotional, legal and financial support is needed.

Ye, thats to protect themselves "Missing People" after the event.

Just like the police say they’ll protect you after the event. Rape etc.

Or even protect you after your (body) has been murdered.

PostPosted: Sat Jan 01, 2011 5:41 pm    Post subject: Was Joanna Yeates a victim of white man's magic? Reply with quote

I hope people understand this was on 'my patch' so I feel I have to push the boat out a bit on this one.

Was Joanna Yeates a victim of white man’s magic?

By dismissing the ritual murder hypothesis could detectives be wasting precious time in this investigation?

Seemingly motiveless murder of apparently ‘innocent’ woman.

The full moon on Tuesday December 21st 2010 fell between abduction on Friday 17th and body being found on Saturday 25th. It was the closest full moon to the winter solstice might this have been a ‘grand sabbat’, or ritual gathering of the occult. This is believed perhaps to be a black magic ‘celebration’ and ritual sacrifice occasion for witches, high degree freemasons, satanists, voodooists etc.. ‘Saturnalia’

Clifton is rumoured to be honeycombed with underground tunnels, far more than acknowledged in the book ‘Secret Underground Bristol’. Ideal for smuggling or moving bodies etc. around.

Joanna’s body was dumped in Failand near Long Ashton and close to the recently rebuilt ‘Observatory’ designer house on North side of Clevedon Road between Kingcott Mill Farm Caravans and Cambridge Batch. Notorious occultist Alistair Crowley is rumoured to have stayed there when in Bristol in the mid 20th century. Location is also close to new Bristol city mortuary and coroners court.

Location of Joanna’s flat is close to Clifton Park, about which I have heard rumours of voodoo. Only rumours mind.

Factors which would indicate veracity of this hypothesis

Policemen or women who are freemasons or witches may attempt to divert or obscure ritual killing line of enquiry by ridicule etc. Moles within police are likely to tip off suspects and divert detectives if they get close to killers. This may lead to breakdown of trust between police and victim’s friends and family.

Was Joanna Yeates a person of faith, Christian, or even a virgin?

Had she made enemies at work and were any of her work colleagues witches or freemasons?

Suggested lines of enquiry.....?

Do you now of anyone who made an excuse to disappear mid-evening on Tuesday 21st December? Do you know anyone who came back home late or surfaced particularly late on Wednesday morning 22nd December?

Do you know of any underground locations near Clifton, Failand or Flax Bourton where a ritual gathering might take place?

Make special appeal to white witches and honest freemasons to aid in your enquiries.

Highly likely Joanna’s body was dumped late on the night of Christmas Eve when traffic is at a minimum to avoid murderer and car being noticed. There are ANPR cameras near Failand, so where might a car have travelled to/from that would have not registered on these cameras? Forensically check all cars in this area if feasible.

Avon and Somerset police incident room number, which I have not seen given out on local TV news yet is, I believe, 0845 4567000.

Tony, it's said in a report? That she or her body had to cross the Clifton Bridge? At some point (no tunnels there? Or less likely? ) is there any traffic cameras (that record) it would seem likely because of the bridge they would put more cameras there? (What routes are there not using the bridge, is there many)? Are there routes that could have been used with no cameras? Most traffic or Google map software etc, may show this?

A pathology report would revile how long her body had been out side? If it was a short time that would narrow it down.

Hi Tony. yes its on your patch.. I hope you can account for your wherabouts on the nights in question! The masonics will be after you Wink

There is what looks like an entrance to a Tarmac quarry close to the place the body was found. Do we know what day this closed for xmas as there may have been lots of traffic passing which could mean body dumped after that. Google maps shows tennis courts and other things but given the weather these would probably have been shut. The quarry too may have shut down early. Looks like possible CCTV camera (may just be flood light column)close to entrance of quarry

Top end of Longwood Lane looks like some business units. The aerial photo on aboutmyplace.co.uk shows around 100+ cars some of which may have travelled past the body if left before xmas close down

Maybe the perp was going to try and dispose of body in the quarry knowing it was closed but panicked and just dumped it by roadside

I dont run with the landlord even though he could pass as a druid. He seems maybe eccentric but thats all. Looks like he has upset local developers in getting some local developments overturned. He also has a financial interest in not killing his tenants. Surprised the police are holding him unless they have something more tangible on him than just some confusing things he has said.

Sex game. been a few deaths resulting from strangulation used in sex--supposed to heighten orgasm (so i have read!!).

Leaving behind of keys and stuff seems to suggest perhaps she didnt want to leave.

do we know what clothing the body was found in?

Just found this

Quote:
A Christmas party was taking place in a nearby property on Friday, December 17. A woman who stepped outside for a cigarette is understood to have heard two screams just after 9pm, not long after police believe Miss Yeates returned to her flat.

http://www.cliftonpeople.co.uk/groups/generaldiscussion/Screams-heard- Canynge-Road-night-Jo-disappeared/story-10455825-detail/story.html

if that was the case and the timeline correct then that might suggest she had been followed home and the assailant came in after she was home OR the screams came because whoever was in the flat heard her unlocking the door , tried to hide and was then seen by Joanna who screamed. A scream might also suggest it was not the Landlord as she would have been familiar to him.

Aims of the Society

Established in Bristol, UK, in 2002 by two Bristol University postgraduates, Alison Butler and Dave Evans, the Society for the Academic Study of Magic (SASM) was created to further communication and exchange among scholars interested in the study of all aspects of magic and esotericism. SASM aims to promote and foster academic understandings of magic and enhance the reputation of such understandings within the academy.

SASM’s range of concerns includes, but is by no means limited to, the history, sociology, philosophy, psychology, anthropology of magic, magical practices and theories of magic, as well as magical objects, artefacts and texts. We are avowedly cross-disciplinary and thus would be interested to hear from anyone in any academic discipline, and freelance researchers involved in studies of such subjects.
At present, SASM is s being co-directed by Dr. Dave Evans, of The Bristol Business School (BBS), and Dr. Dave Green, Deputy Director of the Unit for the Study of Religion and Spirituality (USRS)), both of The University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. SASM currently engages with and publicises the academic study of magic through two main fora:

* An electronic academic discussion list concerning scholarly aspects of magic, esotericism and the occult;

* A printed scholarly journal Preternatural: Critical and Historical Studies on the Preternatural (formerly called The Journal for the Academic Study of Magic).

Bit more info. funy how you find different bits in different reports.

Joanna Yeates left half-drunk cider bottle when she disappeared.

Police hunting for the killer of Joanna Yeates have revealed that the architect had purchased two bottles of cider on the night she disappeared and left one in her flat half-finished.

Detectives have disclosed that the 25 year-old bought the alcohol on her way home from the pub where she had been drinking with work colleagues.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/8229368/Joanna-Yeates-lef t-half-drunk-cider-bottle-when-she-disappeared.html

Doesnt say how big the bottles were. ( another report says the shopkeeper thinks IT was a small bottle) Now if she has got home around 8:45pm, screams heard around 9pm would she have had time to take coat off , possibly put pizza in oven, possibly have a pee and drink half bottle of cider? surely forensics could identify pizza or possibly cider in her stomach? not much good if she had been on cider at the pub., 2hrs in the pub drinking? and 2 bottles on way home-- !

Why not buy the cider at supermarket along with pizza --cheaper? an after thought, too heavy

The off licence cctv footage doesnt conclusively show she still has the pizza. On leaving tesco till the cctv doesnt show her putting it in her shoulder bag.

No forced entry of flat.(possibly followed and answered door)

Previous tenants say landlord used to let himself in unannounced

Seems an odd drink that and 2 bottles. Intended for two people?

Most aloholics I know drink Cider (white lightning, frosty jack) or vodka. Of course I don't know about her (I’m just thinking out loud a bit) but alcoholics won’t eat much at all and a heavy drinker won’t eat before drinking. And alcoholics or heavy drinkers tend to buy at supermarkets (white lightning, frosty jack, that has seen no apple; plonk. Can be cheap in corner stores). So it seems overall, mostly just social drinking.

PS: I'm T Total.

From my experiences that’s common but unpopular and they have a key for safety and keeping an eye on things anyway, usually with a knock but depends on the relationship etc and can get to be a bit of a problem, I’ve heard people say.

Landlord might have been right about seeing 2 people leave flat with Jo. Maybe he has been taken in for his own protection? He later down plays it as he is scared-- bit of a long shot.

If you have just walked home a mile in the cold would your first drink be a glass of cider (possibly not even chilled). If it was me i think i would have the oven on first and get the pizza in and have a glass with my meal

Hope the police have interviewed all her pub mates to see what her usual tipple was and how many. Suppose the boyfriend would know if a Tesco finest pizza was a favourite of Joannas.

PS I used to be T Total then i read my bible properly!Although not been drunk for 30 years

I would tend to agree with that, social drinking.

6:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate [themselves] to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate [themselves] unto the "I AM":
6:3 He shall separate [himself] from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.

Some of that is like leavened bread (not adding / diminishing to/from the Law) Similar to Vineyard, code for the world and how God prunes us over the years.

Water into wine.

6:43 For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit; neither doth a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
6:44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and not DO the things which I say?
6:47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and DOETH them, I will show you to whom he is like:
6:48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a Rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a Rock.
6:49 But he that heareth, and doeth NOT, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

Quote:
Joanna Murder Suspect Released On Police Bail

Bristol landlord Chris Jefferies, who was being questioned by detectives investigating the murder of Joanna Yeates, has been released on police bail.

Detectives had been holding Mr Jefferies since he was arrested on Thursday at the building in Canynge Road, Clifton, where he and the 25-year-old both lived.

Police originally had until 7pm on Friday to question him but had been granted a further extension by magistrates.

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said tonight: "A 65-year-old man has been released on police bail pending further inquires."

In his statement, Mr Reardon also attacked some of the reporting of Jefferies' arrest.

He said: "The finger-pointing and character assassination by social and news media of an as yet innocent men has been shameful.

"It has made me lose a lot of faith in the morality of the British Press and those that spend their time fixed to the internet in this modern age."

Staff at her office are being offered counselling to help them come to terms with her death.

They were only chosen to set an example to others to do likewise. And not one person had kept the Law; Hence follow the example of Christ in Jesus the Nazarite. Jesus of Nazereth is a misinterpretation in translation plus some, it was a city built in the fouth century AD. (Nazir - Truth in Hebrew)

That's what they said of Him, any excuse just like with John The Baptist who they made other excuses.

11:14 And if ye will receive [it], this is Elias (Elisha not Elijah), which was for to come.
11:15 He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
11:16 But whereunto shall I liken this generation? It is like unto children sitting in the markets, and calling unto their fellows,
11:17 And saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned unto you, and ye have not lamented.
11:18 For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, He hath a devil (is insane).
11:19 The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a winebibber, a friend of taxmen and sinners. But Wisdom is justified of her children.

I don't cut my hair or beard. Which is like, "discipline to show control over the flesh nature". Many people complain about it too, But It's about the discipline and not the will of men or women.

A riddle indeed. I agree somewhat with his sentiments but if my fiancee had been murdered i dont think i would be making comments like that in a statement. Unless of course he had higher views of his landlord. Maybe a coded message to his landlord?

Interesting that verse 8 of the same passage says "And after a time he returned to take her." The landlord had keys and i presume the boyfriend had keys

These are Christs words contrasting himself to John The Baptist

A person is innocent until proven Guilty always. Regardless of who it is even a Family member and spiritually any one in the world could have been a brother, mother, dad whatever in times past; in a different body. But yes we don't know yet ( And may never know) it could have been both of them either of them or none of them.

These are Christs words contrasting himself to John The Baptist

They were His words saying what Lies they had used against John and Him.
(edit)Because He associated with some people who were sinners, but who would listen to Him, but being accused by people who were even bigger sinners and non repentant.

These are/is the Word/s contrasting to John. I.e. he was an honest man but baptising in or with water is of no use. And John did not drink wine etc, because he had also read the Nazarite oath.

Luke
7:28 For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the Kingdom of God is greater than he.

Then a repeat of Matthew 11:18 -19 apart from the bread part, like in the post a few posts above (not adding / diminishing to / from the Law) I.e. was not keeping all of it.

Luke
7:33 For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine; and ye say, He hath a devil.
7:34 The Son of Man is come eating and drinking; and ye say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of taxmen and sinners!
7:35 But wisdom is justified of all her children.

I found this curious. The Daily Mail reported on December 31: "Neighbours said yesterday that private CCTV on residents’ houses had not been checked by police until late last week. One homeowner, who lives along the route Miss Yeates may have used to walk to her flat, said his device recorded over itself every four days and the footage from the night Miss Yeates disappeared had been deleted."

Furthermore, "It was also claimed that police looking for the Tesco pizza Miss Yeates bought on her way home, started a door-to-door search on Tuesday – a day after the council’s recycling lorries had collected."

But why does one missing person gain media interest and aid, and another does not?”

“why is this not featured on local tv news ???”

"Seems to depend on whether the national media take an interest. What started the ball rolling with Joanna Yates - her parents televised appeal perhaps ?"

Some interesting information here...

http://www.davidicke.com/forum/showthread.php?t=150997

May be a red herring, especially as it seems Chris Jeffries is out of the immediate frame, but seems appropriate to this discussion

I DO realise this theory is a long shot
but unless its impossible it cannot be ruled out
Do police really consider every option with the weight it deserves?
When the trail could lead close to Bristol CID's superiors?

Surely the detectives should EITHER consider OR discount this hypothesis.
DO you remember what you were doing on the evening of Tuesday 21st November?

I've run the full moon thing past a lot of people.
Most say they hope the police would be considering it but are not sure whether they would so it falls to me.

I'm sure I'm not the only person thinking this
Of course it's possible
I just can't get away from the uncanny timing and discovery of the body on Christmas day to ruin Bristol's Christmas.

The early intervention of the press must be explained.
I'll see what I can do this end.

Quote:
Prayers were said in church today for Miss Yeates, whose snow-covered body was found on Christmas Day.
Associate vicar Dan Clark, who led the service at a church near her flat, asked the congregation to remember her family, the police investigating the case and the journalists covering it.
He told members at Christ Church in Bristol's up-market Clifton area: 'Many of you will know this has been quite a difficult few weeks for the local community following the sad news about Joanna Yeates.
'I would like us to pause and bring our own quiet prayers for Joanna's family.'
As the congregation bowed its heads, he added: 'As well as praying quietly for Joanna's family, friends and colleagues, let's also pray quietly for the police working hard to solve this case and the press working hard to publicise this case and jog people's memories.'

One scenario that occurs to me is that current media output shows every sign of deliberately souring the case... let us speculate that IF there was some ritualistic alarm bells about the body its position, location etc, those on the force "in the know" would understand that to mean they were dealing with "untouchables" even if they wanted to go for them... so focus on a quick arrest, see if the landlord can be fitted into the frame... clearly that didn't fly, there could not have been clear and direct evidence to charge Jeffries or he would never have been released... so now they seek a deluge of irrelevant details through this facebook group, the accomplish theory, the vehicle theory etc etc... this is going to lead to so many red herrings the case will become effectively unsolvable... so the untouchable case becomes an unsolvable one

And you never know, some poor deluded type might pop up on facebook going "it was me wot did it honest" and plod would not be over troubled by obliging if there was a vague chance of building a circumstantial case that would fly in court

Wish I could be more optimistic, and perhaps there is something we don't know that could give cause for optimism (obviously there are things we don't know that wouldn't, but there might be some genuine leads still)... whatever comes next the media circus won't run indefinitely

Detective Phil Jones has said the two figures, below, following Jo home were 'probably passers by' and have been discounted from his enquiry. !!!!!

ALSO The local BBC news today failed to mention the massive row - see below - between ITN and the police after they were banned from this morning's press conference.
Did anyone see last nights ITN report on police failings in this investigation?
Yes, this one stinks to high heaven.

ITN says police ban amounts to censorship

5 January 2011 - By PA Media Lawyer

Avon and Somerset Police has complained to media regulator Ofcom this afternoon over an ITV News report which it described as "unfair, naïve and irresponsible".

Police banned journalists from ITV News from a news conference , this morning apparently in response to last night's report which was critical of their investigation.

In the piece, journalist Geraint Vincent questioned whether the force's inquiries had followed procedure, and suggested that officers were no closer to finding 25-year-old Ms Yeates' killer than they were when her body was found on Christmas Day.

David Mannion, ITN editor-in-chief, told the BBC Radio Media Show this afternoon that before last night's report ITN, which supplies ITV with its national news programmes, made numerous unsuccessful attempts to get a response from Avon and Somerset Police. "We stand by our story," he said.

If the chief constable was unhappy about the previous night's report, he should have complained to ITN or Ofcom, he said, adding: "The issue here is that in the interim period we have a situation where legitimate members of the press are summarily banned from attending a press conference."

That was against the public interest, he said, given that the point of the news conference was to gain the maximum news coverage of the fact that police were seeking one sock which was missing from Ms Yeates' body when it was found.

"We go out to millions of people who cannot now have seen that as a result of the ban."

An ITN spokesman said: "ITN is hugely disappointed by Avon and Somerset Constabulary's decision to exclude ITV News from today's press conference.

"This decision will result in millions of viewers not being able to see new evidence or hear the latest police calls for witnesses. Our coverage has helped maintain awareness of this case, and we strongly disagree with Avon and Somerset Constabulary's attempt to censor what information we can broadcast.

"Avon and Somerset Constabulary's decision to ban ITV News follows reports on last night's ITV News at Ten which raised apparent inconsistencies of the police's handling of some elements of the case.

"The force was contacted numerous times ahead of broadcast but Avon and Somerset Constabulary did not use this opportunity to register any issues or raise a complaint with ITN."

An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said in a statement: "We have made a complaint to Ofcom in respect of the unfair, naïve and irresponsible reporting on the ITN 10 O'Clock news yesterday evening.

"As we are still awaiting a response to our complaint it would be inappropriate for us to comment any further at this time.

"A live murder investigation has been under way now for just 12 days and the media have played an important role in helping us to appeal for witnesses.

"While we appreciate the support we have received so far from most of the media we must step in if we feel coverage will hamper the investigation. Our primary aim will always be to secure justice for Joanna."

The spokesman - who was asked directly who authorised the press conference ban, and why it was introduced, particularly if police sought given maximum coverage in relation to the missing sock - said there would be no further comment.
